As always, an excellent place for an excellent lunch.
Excellent food from a wonderful menu! Plus the service was outstanding. Really enjoyed the creative dishes found throughout the menu.
Great service!
Anniversary dinner, we live in Denver, first and last time dining here. Planned on spending min. $600 dinner for two, but didnât even make it past the appetizers. Surprising for a fine dining experience to be located next to a VERY loud lobby bar hosting a large Ted Talk convention group. Nonetheless, we were looking forward to the menu and Wagyu selections. Ordered double bourbon and Manhattan; received a single not dbl, but corrected in a timely manner. Ordered a bottle of cab, server brought Chardonnay glasses. Asked for red wine glasses, we were told they had none although other tables clearly had some. Waygu tartare was outstanding, oysters smelled like old fish not the ocean. The mignonette was not mignonette, it was some vinegar liquid served in a plastic vial akin to eye drops; the Chef should be embarrassed to serve this artificial concoction that in no way resembled mignonette. The bread they offered when sat wasnât brought until after the apps were delivered. By this time we had spoken to the the floor manager and told him we decided to not stay any longer. He was accommodating and understood, he comped our 2 apps, we paid for our drinks and wine bottle, tipped the server generously (we hv been in the industry, nothing was his doing), took the bottle to go, and went to Torchyâs to takeout awesome Mexican food for our dinner. Such a disappointment, especially being regular Four Season dining guests when we lived in Chicago and global Hotel guests. Going to Guard and Grace tonight to finally get our steak dinner.
What a wonderful expeiernce!. We've found out Steak House
Love this place before going to the theater. Great food and service.
Top Shelf! Thanks
The filet steak was delicious. The customer service was great and the food was delicious. The buffalo new york strip tastes alright but not the greatest but was decent.
Good food, good service!
Iâm extremely disappointed in the experience our reservations was at 7 pm we didnât get our food and drinks ( first drink ) until 8:01 pm. The steaks we ordered were prepared incorrectly as a possible keying error by our waiter William. We waited patiently for our waiter to return after we realized the order was incorrect however , it took a bit of time perhaps due to shortage of servers. The manager noticed that we appeared dissatisfied and offered re -do our orders correctly. William did come back and acknowledged the error on his part when submitting the order and offered us a âfree â dessert which we felt was a nice gesture consisting it was now 8:30pm ( may I also add around the 8 pm mark we asked for a night drink ) letâs just say WE had to remind William at least two-three more times unfortunately, he didnât deliver and the manager again , checked in and made sure we got our drinks this was around the 8:45 pm mark . Once we were finished and got our ticket we noticed the items and errors and informed William more so, about the desert he offered as a complimentary earlier in the evening to our surprise he said to us in a very rude and condescending you got your food corrected so I didnât take it off!â He made us feel as if we didnât want to pay our bill and no apology on how he failed to get the entry of our order correct ,which ultimately led to to this very poor experience. Also , my to go order ( another fail) I told him twice how I wanted it prepared âwell done â salmon get home wrong sides and not prepared as I requested (2-3 times prior telling William how I like it prepared)Overall very very underwhelming expensive dinner. Not sure , if I will ever return again I would say started dinner at 7:01 pm - got receipt at 9:01pm luckily I was enjoying my friendâs company definitely not the EDGE or customer service Iâm accustomed too. I wish the manger would have stuck around to monitor and observe Williamâs demeanor toward us at the end of our experience.
