This is my third chance with ordering matcha from this location becuase the other 2 I thought were one time occasions.. Employees are very kind and have good customer service.. however I’m over paying over $6 for an iced matcha with cold foam to having it half empty once it’s sat for about 2 minutes… how is this acceptable… and sadly this is without a single sip being taken!

they didn’t have apple fritters, and the girl at the window was not happy to be there, i wasn’t greeted with a good morning or anything, just my total. i had to actually ask for a straw! how did she expect me to drink my drink without a straw? sad no one knows how to have customer service. i used to work at this location about a year ago and i was great at my job. wish i could’ve taught these poor people some good service. this location along with all the other locations in the area need some work, or a new gm.

Placed my order through the mobile app at 847am when I left my house, drove less than a mile to wait in line for almost 45 minutes. Recvd my coffee at 926 am. Ice was melted. Won’t make any negative comments about the staff because I don’t know what they are dealing with staff or supply wise .. just know that if you have time to burn and like your coffee watered down then this is the place for you !

3/1/2022 ~ NO STARS!!! my daughter is mentally disabled and cannot drive so she walks everywhere and so she walked to your location and the lobby is closed, WHY??? pandemic is OVER and the mask mandate is OVER, so I told her to walk around to the drive thru window and see if they would take her order there, so she did and someone took her order and never came back to the window, SO RUDE!!! you should be ashamed of yourself and fired as she is a paying customer and is being discriminated against because she doesn't drive a car to frequent your store. AWFUL customer service!!!

Today I walked to this Dunkin with my toddler. The store has been under staff at times so when i got there, the lobby wasn’t open. However the manager recognized I didn’t drive and couldn’t go through the drive-thru. So he kindly let us in for breakfast. Good treats and great customer service!

This location is very inconsistent. They are supposed to be open everyday at 5am, but there are some days that you try to go around 545 or so, and they're closed. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. The staff are always kind but they tend to only have one female employee in the mornings... I dont live far from this location and I know that it has been broken into a few times. I think that management should try to keep more than 1 staff member on shift in the mornings for their safety. These poor staff members are running around like crazy in the morning and they really deserve some help.

I love dunkin but this store was a huge disappointment. Took forever to go through the drive thru, even the guy behind us bailed it took so long. Just to wind up with a hot cocoa instead of a Matcha Latte like I ordered. Went inside to resolve the issue just to make eye contact with 2 employees who just ignored me and the other dude who had been waiting to just order and stay behind the wall. I waited a couple minutes but they already made me late from the drive thru so I just gave up on them.

Knowing how Dunkin donuts is on the East coast coming here was good and bad. Good part was it was empty, and at least ONE of the people seemed to be ready to greet me. The bad was the other 2 seemed to care less..no hello no expression, no anything. Donuts are stale, coffee eh.. Im black, & don't know if this particular Dunkin is a black owned franchise but the workers were also black. I was disappointed with the overall experience and how uninterested they seemed to be in being there except the one lady that helped me. I won't be coming back here. My people need to do better cause this is typically my experience with my own, and explains a lot of why black owned businesses never flourish.. and if it's not black owned the workers need to drink some damn coffee to get pep in their step.

The only reason I am giving this location five stars is because of how excellent miss Ashley’s customer service skills are. I know she is new there but she is absolutely amazing. I am at this location everyday and she is always so happy, cheerful and respectful when I come through drive thru. If she is busy she tells me very politely and quickly thank you for choosing dunkin I will be right with you. I have been coming to this location ever since it had opened and had nothing but poor service and everyone just seemed like they hated there job and were only there for a paycheck. Anyways I was there on Thursday 1-13-22 around noon time and I had drove up to the drive thru speaker and no one had said anything to me for over 5 mins. I was so mad I went inside and saw Ashley busting her tail making sandwiches while a younger skinny gal was sitting down on her phone and another bigger gal was just standing there talking to the younger gal. I was so mad I walked out and now will only order when Ashley opens the store because she is an awesome worker and you can tell she loves her job compared to the rest of the employees who don’t care about us customers and only the money they make for doing absolutely nothing.

Close this location!!!! Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Have given this place multiple tries and they never get my order right. Always out of donuts! Food undercooked! Drinks watery! Today I ordered a maple bacon sandwich and it wasn’t prepared correctly and wasn’t maple bacon at all. Donuts hard! Just close already. Waste of time and the staff is always changing.
