This is not a friendly Dunkin, it's really trashy.. They serve raw bacon and will tell you you're out of luck when they run out of straws. Litterally serving food that is unsafe to eat. Guess the only place to get good Dunkin is in Chicago. Shame.

The busiest DD you’ll find in the area. They are overworked and understaffed, but still - are polite and easy to work with. I usually buy 6-12 boxes of donuts a day, and this location is a pleasure working with. They don’t give you attitude (I had places get mad at me because I bought all their donuts.. isn’t that what their business is? Selling donuts?). I think the problem with this location is how busy it gets, and how fast the people work there. Even if the line is long, you’ll be out in 2-5 minutes. So yeah maybe they don’t care about your life story, and don’t care when Karens say they’ll call corporate. It’s not because they are bad, is because they truly know that they are doing good. I’ve had times they got my order wrong, got amounts wrong, but at the end of the day, I know that they do A LOT better than other locations (had a place give me a iced coffee without.. ice..). Treat them with respect, and respect you’ll get!

I really wish this location would stop participating in Grub hub, uber eats, door dash, or any other delivery platform. I refuse to pick up from this location anymore! Everytime is a frustrating disappointment. No one acknowledges you, and when they do they never have your order ready. This location is desperately ill managed and all the employees show the same disregard of care and preparation.

Okay, I don't go to Dunkin all that much, but I thought I'd give this location a chance and let me tell you, this Dunkin was terrible. They were pretty rude at the drive thru line speaker. When I got to the window, again, none of them seemed like they wanted to be there. I ordered that new cake batter drink, when I got it, it tasted like an overly sweetened laté. Whatever syrup they DID put in it, was all settled at the bottom. A good stir or shake would've helped this problem. I also asked the person for a single donut, specifically his favorite cause I couldn't decide. The donut I received was a stale, cold, plain donut. The visit was just highly disappointing...

I’ve been here multiple times (due to the convenience of the drive thru) and have had a 1-2 star experiences each visit. On a few occasions, they haven’t even had donuts… and their coffee is mediocre at best (I’ve received a hot latte that was cold before…not iced, just some how they made a hot latte cold?). On top of the food and drinks being pretty disappointing, the service is pretty slow and some employees are quite rude and should not be in customer service.

I always go to the Dunkin' Donuts on Huron street and love them. This place was freaking awful. The ladies were rude, my frozen coffee was only 2/3 full and most of that was foam. When I said something the lady said that is how they always are. Um, no that is not true. She takes it and fills it up more and shoves it back at me and says "Is it full enough for you now?" I also state that they should be worried about the corporate office because of not following cleanliness guidelines or food safety practices and the manager proceeds to above his phone in my face and say "I am on the phone with corporate right now, would I like to speak to them?" No, I just don't like how I was treated, that the drive-through was broken with no sign, that it's filthy, that cheeses and spreads are crusty and not too temp. That no one is being kind or considerate, not even when I asked what bagels they had because they had no menu about foods inside because one screen was broken because it was blue. I drove back to North Glenn and my usual place got me a decent coffee. Thank God for them. Worth the 40-minute drive and wait in my opinion. Ugh. A quick picture I was able to snap before the manager said, "Is there anything else you need, because if not you can go." included.

Locked doors, ignored drive through, and shut off the lights at 7:50pm 04/26/2022. DoorDash orders were ignored. Management needs to look into why the team made the business appear closed but accept orders

i’ve been here both as a customer and picking up as a doordash driver. they never have orders ready and as a customer there’s never anyone at the counter to take your order. sometimes they just don’t take your order in the drive through as well. just don’t come to this one, it will probably close down soon anyway. there’s one a couple miles south on broadway that has great employees and service.

Don’t listen to the last one this place is ok. I’m the dude in the picture with the black hair siting down andI’m not an employee there I’m a customer that goes there every day. The only 2 employees that was there were working his hardest and they can’t make food after 6 it’s been like that for a long time welcome to covid. But mean wile it happened to be 830 at night and also the white guy ya he was off the clock and getting a drink and something he left there witch leaves 2

I can never get the employees to make a sandwich. I come here all the time and all the employees do is hang out with their friendsToday there ovens were on but they said they can't make food after 6pm. But this is what they were all doing. But not one would make a sandwich.
