We had a solid experience here. Ordered with the app, coffee and food was ready pretty quickly. Donut was fresh baked and tasty.Plenty of seating, and you can see some flight info on the boards so it might be a nice place to chill while waiting for someone to arrive.
Good thing they are located in the airport parking lot--they would not get much regular business. Their service is AWFUL! Drive Thru at 8PM for 2 drinks took nearly 15 minutes. Asked for my receipt and she shut the door in my face. Our drinks were TERRIBLE, and nothing like what was advertised.
I asked for 8 shots over ice with a half a pump of white chocolate and a splash of 2% milk. They were trying to charge me OVER 20 BUCKS! I've been in the coffee business for 23 years! I tried to explain how to ring it up but no one would listen. Well because.....loud, boujee, ghetto. So I ended up just leaving. So I'll tell you here. Charge for an americano. Add the extra shots and the white chocolate if (if your a stickler. Its half a pump.) Then thats my total. Should have been no more than 8 to 10 bucks max. And thats even a lot. This store really REALLY needs to learn manners and customer service. Just be nice and try to listen. I was sincerely trying to help. In the mean time I'll continue to pass this dunken on my way to and from the airport. I like to learn from my mistakes and avoid people that are rude and mean. Good day! ?
Egg bagel bites not eggactly a bagel experience.. but very tasty. Hash brown coins spare amount and overcooked. Good coffee. Sweet double chocolate donut.
Wished they'd open up at 6am like they say they do, lady at drive thru on Sunday morning February 6th 2022 had a terrible attitude when I had asked her why weren't they open at the time like how it says on Google and she claimed she didn't know because she wasn't there. Thanks captain obvious ? ?
The worst experience I've had in any establishment in a long time. The coffee took WAY too long to get (think 15 min for a single cup), and the lid was so loose it spilled all over our car. I would not recommend anybody who has respect for their own time or the quality of their coffee, because there's a gas station right next door that has quicker service and better coffee.
Ordered (2) grilled cheese's on 11.22.21 at 8:34 am and the cheese is black on both (supposed to be yellow). I worked in the food industry for 5 years and number 1 rule is presentation. How do you feel like this acceptable to give to a customer.
Wow, sat in line for 20 minutes (no one in front of me) The drink was Mediocre, sandwich was abhorrent. It literally tasted like burnt plastic.
