10 am on a Saturday. I ordered a dozen, 1/2 glazed,1/2 chocolate. Sorry, we don't sell chocolate . Um okay...pull around. Sorry, we only have a few more glazed for the rest of the day so it's a limit of 4 per person. Isn't this Dunkin DONUTS? Aren't you open until like 8 tonight? And you only have about 10 of the worlds most popular donut to go around? Anyway, I supplemented with some other options, got home and found my 4 glazed and 8 other things I never even asked for. Petitioning for a Winchell's to move here stat, PS went by 7 eleven later that day and they had 75 glazed donuts laying about..
I don't like leaving reviews like this, but when your lobby hours say 6am-2pm and at 6:15am doors are still locked, your employee sees you and does a hand gesture to do the drive thru when you don't own a car, the door is only unlocked after you call the store at 6:18am, and then you have to sprint after your bus once you have your order, I'm not happy. I've been coming to this Dunkin on my way to work for awhile and some days service is great but today serious almost cost me getting to work.
I received that best customer service at this location. I ordered A croissant sandwich and asked for no cheese (dairy allergy). When I receive my sandwich it had cheese so I called the store. I spoke to the manager David who went above and beyond to make it right. I was only expecting a refund but not only did I receive a refund, David remade my order, included a beverage and delivered my order to me. His customer service was top tier.
Dining room not open at 7:30 am. No note on the door. In fact, door and google both say dining room open at 6am. no less than 3 workers can be seen inside running the drive through. My truck doesn’t fit in the drive through. Never coming back
Franchise owner should be aware that the staff this am who identified himself as Gary Ruz(his spelling to us) is unprofessional and untruthful. A line of at least 8 cars built up in drive-thru at 705am, 4 of us waited at least 15minutes, then were told the sandwich area was closed due to a recent large order...plus Gary (wearing t-shirt and flannel overshirt) told us we were liars as he was there and didn't see us so there was no way we waited that long! We Watched Him come into the building at 715 and 5 minutes later he was on the drive-thru speaker & at the window with his rude unprofessional behavior. This type of arrogance isn't typical of this location, however, his attitude alone is enough to chase away customers permanently. It's too bad because most of the staff have been helpful in the past. What Happened to Decent Customer Service? ?
I really appreciate a good cup of coffee. The maple iced donut was fresh out of the ovenIn the middle of the day. Fast drove thru!!!! Really nice clerks.on Tower Road.
If you can get there during the day they they are a good donut spot. Problem is after after about 5 that place is worthless. In no particular order I've been overcharged is an overcharged, I've been told that they are out of donuts with more than 2 hours left open, Anne I've gotten bad customer service. But YMMV....
Drinks were good. But they had a sign up for $2 medium iced or hot coffees. When I brought this up, they acted like I was being a Karen. All I was trying to point out, is that the sign can just be taken down so people don't sit in drive thru line thinking it's gonna be one price and in reality it's a dollar more. Kinda false advertising.
