Served all but one person their meal who happened to be an elderly woman. Waited a long time and finally had to go to kitchen to ask for other meal and sauce that was needed to eat one of the meals that was served. Food average. The only great thing was the aquarium fish everywhere.
The calamari was the most bland food Iâve ever eaten. The rest of the food was what I would expect from an amusement park, not a crazy expensive restaurant.
WAY overpriced, smelly, and noisy. The food was basic, but the price tag was HUGE. The server did what she could, but not amazing. I also find it absurd that you have to walk through the gift shop to get to it.
Very slow service. We got seated at 11:00am and ordered food around 11:05am. Food didnât come until 11:45am and really cut into our aquarium time. Or waiter didnât check up on us once. We had to flag her down to get water refills. She also gave us the wrong bill. Food is mediocre but didnât expect much from this type of establishment. The grilled cheese wasnât melted and medium steak was more than well done. The veggies that came with my salmon werenât fresh either. If youâre there for the mermaid show, thatâs now on hold too. If you can, avoid the restaurant.
There were six of us for dinner. We had reservations for 6:15 pm. The hostess was so pleasant and seating us immediately upon arrival. We did not have to wait for drinks or service. The atmosphere is amazing and the food delicious. The portions were large enough for us to share. Granted it was six women. We absolutely loved having dinner here. It was a first for all of us. Exceptional customer service.
We made reservations for two at 5:00 pm on Saturday. We were seated and had to wait 15 - 20 minutes before any of the wait staff came. We could not order certain drinks because the blender was broken (not a very good excuse, there should be a back-up, a decent manager would have this well in hand). The main entree was good, the sides vegetables were not. I would not recommend this restaurant except for the view of the aquarium. Overprices for the service and quality of the food.
View was spectacular, while busy the service was excellent. Highly recommend but maybe later when most of the young children are in bed. A very romantic place for a first date with a partner you want to impress.
A must visit for locals and out of town guests. First time eating at the restaurant and will be back. Food and Prices are moderate in comparison to other similar eateries.
I really liked my food, but my eight year old son did not. He tried two different kind of shrimp and didnât like either. The cheese cake was amazing and the coconut shrimp were so good. Staff was great and sitting next to the aquarium was so cool.
I had so off the best food that I've ever had at a restaurant. The hamburger was cooked perfect.
