This store is trash!! Ordered months ago and it was a mess, the only reason I ordered again was because of a credit. The pizza was fine but the chicken carbonara pasta had zero meat...called and complained and they resent it an hour later...completely the same, just mushrooms and onions. Do not order from here!!
Poor buggers are way overworked DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT PIZZA IN A REASONABLE TIME.Dominos needs to pay more and needs to ADVERTISE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME. I mean, cmon order online, tracker doesn't move for 40 min, call in esimated time is 2-3 hours. Jfc, get yo stuff together.
Placed an order. One hour later it still wasn't even in the oven. No one ever told me it would take so long. To their credit, and the reason they get one star, is that when I called to cancel, they did so without a fuss.
Ordered the food over an hour ago, called to check on my order and was informed that it wasn’t even on the line yet. That it would still be 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait until it would be made. So order was placed at 8pm. Currently 9pm and having to wait till 11 to 11:30pm. Extremely unacceptable.
Ordered online to start, hadn’t heard anything for over an hour…ON A WEDNESDAY. Called the shop and was told to switch to carry out and it would be ready in 20min…showed up 30 min later and was told another 10 minutes. Waited for 15 and was told another 10 minutes. Horrible organization and setting realistic expectations. Do not go here
So I eat here at least twice a week , live right around the corner you know, and everything is great all the time. Honestly, I was like holy s*** how have I not left a review. Anyways, quality, every time.

Only been once and it's not local to me so can't speak from much experience. The crust was a bit overcooked, the curbside wait was longer than estimated, and the parking is really not great (not surprising for the location though, I guess?) The employee who brought out my food was nice and maybe it was an off night but I've been to other locations that have consistently good food prep. Honestly would probably personally skip this particular location and go to another one I've used before if I need to pick up Domino's near downtown again.
Whoever was working last night deserves a shout out. I've been ordering Domino's for a long time and it's always good, as you expect dominos to be, nothing too over the top. But I swear every item I ordered last night was cooked to absolute perfection so thank you for that. I work late nights sometimes and this is my only late night option so it makes such a huge difference when the food is fire ? and it was, so huge shout out. Also to the delivery driver, a++ attitude. Your good vibes and niceness genuinely put me in a much better mood than I was before. Y'all rock!
I ordered a pizza waited for the delivery driver. When he got here, he went in the wrong apartment before I could catch him and then left before I could catch him. I tried to call the store and couldn't get passed the damned "we're hiring" adds. When I could I couldn't even talk to an employee. I spent 30 dollars and now I am out with nothing to show for it.
