Love the milk tea ! Nice chewy boba. Lots of flavors. You can choose ice levels and sugar levels.

Oolong milk tea is delicious. The employee wanted nothing to do with me. Both of them were wearing earbuds and even though I was the only one in the store, I was pretty quickly dismissed from asking any questions about menu items. When ordering from a new place, I typically like talking with employees about what their favorite menu items are. In this case, I would have preferred to order on my phone and pickup from the counter without a word of interaction. All that said, I’ll definitely be back due to quality and proximity.
DingTea is a well known boba tea place all around the world. I usually consider DingTea a great boba place. However, when I purchased a Jasmine Green milk tea Large with Boba, I found out that they charge $0.25 for having less ice at the 30% or 0% level. Never have I been charged $0.25 for having less ice. This is a first. Better to keep customers coming then to charge extra for less ice. Drink is getting less ice so there should be no charge.
Consistent quality drinks. This is my go-to place for boba. I prefer their fruit teas. My son loves their milk teas… you can customize your own sugar/ice levels too! They brew real tea and you can taste the freshness in their fruit. I’ve moved further south and don’t mind driving a little longer/further to buy from Ding.
I'm giving them 3 stars which is an average score because their product does not stand out as good or bad when compared to similar places. Their prices are good with most base drinks being $4-5. My blueberry drink was good, but my mom's just tasted like chocolate milk. The one thing that really hurt this place is its location. Like most of the businesses in this building on the first floor you actually have to go down steps from the main entrance into the shop. There was no ADA entrance making this place very unfriendly for people with disabilities. There was no signs or anything about a different entrance for people with mobility issues. Also the carpet on the steps was really shredded and even a normal person could have caught their foot on it. This building is not kept up. It also should be reported to the city for ADA violations since how this building is built discrimates against people. If this shop wants to stay open they should pick a new location that is friendly to all.
This is my all time favorite location to find the freshest, tastiest, milk tea boba. My top favorite drinks are the strawberry and brown sugar milk teas. Love the authenticity of this place!

Tea is solid. Parking right up front. They charge 33¢ if you get no ice because "we have to use more of other ingredients", but they don't charge less if you get less sugar (an ingredient they now use less off).God forbid you don't want an iced drink in Colorado in January.When I started typing this was a 3 star review. Got to 2 by the end.
One of famous boba tea place in Colorado. Definitely a “tea” oriented rather than just milk, sugar, and powder like other places. Even though it’s a franchise but owners are well maintained the place. Covid hits it hard and never was the same after for the store, but the drink remains excellent as always. They have so many customization you get to choose, any topping, any ice levels, and any sugar levels. Overall, excellent choice for milk tea or tea!
