Food was amazing,as always. The girl behind the bar was super friendly. Great draft beer selection.We had the Scooter and the chicken/ham biscuits.
What a great restaurant for some breakfast or lunch. Been here several times over the years, but you can't go wrong with any of the menu items here. I had the Dahlia (sausage, egg, maple syrup) which is so simple, yet so excellent! Probs are huge, and prices are decent for this part of Colfax. This location of the Denver Biscuit Company can be pretty crowded depending on the time or day you go. It's on East Colfax, about a half mile from the City Park/East High School area, and this DBC shares its space with two other businesses on the inside. Lots of tables and seats, plus a bar, on the inside. Parking is on the street on Colfax. Recommended!
After driving for days.. we showed up a bit late but it was still amazing!! They ran out of pulled pork so they made the “Elmer” with fried chicken instead! Maybe better! I’m not sure but it sure filled my void! Awesome food and Awesome service! My favorite place to eat in Denver!
Great breakfast - huge portions - strawberry shortcake a little too sweet to eat for breakfast, more like a dessert.
Great experience! Placed our names on the wait list as we were en route. We got there, checked in with the hostess and only had to wait less than 10 minutes.

Unique concept. Several restaurants, bars in one place. Pizza was really good, can buy by the slice or whole pie (a bit pricey base$4.50 plus fee for each topping $.50-.75 each) , drinks from the bar is very good. And biscuits are tasty, flaky on the outside and yet moist on the inside
If I could give this place 11/10 I would. We came in on a Saturday morning but didn’t have to wait too long because of their online line system. We ordered The Franklin & strawberry shortcake made on biscuit french toast. The chicken was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside but still moist. The biscuits were immaculate. The strawberry shortcake was also incredible. This was the best breakfast we’ve had in as long as we can remember.
Took my husband here to enjoy a nice Saturday brunch. Even when he doesn’t eat pork the server had a great recommendation! Had an amazing experience. I ordered the shrimp and grits with a jJack Daniels drink special! Amazing! You can’t come to Denver without trying this place.
Great food and atmosphere. Mimosas were great. Vodka option was on point. The Franklin was delicious and fulfilling.
