Visiting from London & some tasty food. My first time eating catfish & was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Hush puppies, fries & onion rings were so tasty and fresh. I look forward to trying the shrimp next time

Rarely does any restaurant, yet alone food truck majorly exceed expectations, but the shrimp Po’boy is fantastic! Loved the hush puppies also! Highly recommend

This is a Colorado local’s jackpot! I’ve never been to the bayou, but after a visit with Deja Roux I feel like I’ve taken a trip! Cajun cuisine is not just food, it’s also soul; and you’ll get every bit of that with these guys! Food A+, and hospitality A++! Get the shrimp and catfish combo!
Amazing to have such great Cajun food in Denver. The people were amazing and so accommodating, and the food was 10/10. I got the catfish platter and the red beans and rice and coming from a Cajun girl, it was GOOOOOOD
It doesn't really matter how the food is if you can't deliver. 2 hour+ wait for overpriced food. They don't know how to accommodate even a basic crowd, so I wouldn't recommend them at your brewery or event.
Wow! Food was soooo tasty. We ordered the catfish and shrimp platter and everything was just great. We saw the truck randomly in Parker and happy we tried it out. Highly recommend!

Best po’ boy I’ve had outside Louisiana. The fried green tomato po’ boy was amazing….oh man, it is so good!
