This cute little restaurant is tucked in behind the Spring Hill Suites and is adjacent to Metropolitan State's Hospitality School. What a gem! Very friendly and attentive wait staff, excellent/fresh/healthy food, and all at a reasonable price! I am visiting from out of town, but I can see what a find it is for people in Denver who are attending events at the Pepsi Center and the arena. Convenient parking too!

Come for the food, stay for the margarita. My second time back. Food was very good the first time. Low key with a touch of class Surprise! Just wanted a little something to eat, their American Burger, was classic Americana Decide to order one of their drinks. A margarita instead of my usual beer, celebrate a little, Patrón style. Wow, what a burst of flavor. Probably the best margarita I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few.Yes sir, give me another.
Very fair. Mostly students to cook and serve very fair price in exchange. Our's was to go but evening was in the bag.

Overall experience was great. A nice hidden gem close to Ball Arena. one little thing was I did not receive my Salad with red wine dressing. I actually did not miss it because the steak and fries was filling. Just wanted to provide feedback. Quick service pre game - got out in 1 hr. That is your differentiator b/c the other restaurants/bar in and outside the Ball Arena service can be 1.5 hours. Very good timing especially before the game. Keep up the great work.
We really enjoy eating at Degree Metropolitan and have had a chance to talk to several of the servers many of whom are students. It's fun getting to know their hopes and aspirations. In all of our past experiences, everything was wonderful, but last night the salmon dish was quite over cooked and this was disappointing. We will try again, every restaurant has off days and this was one. Degree is a great concept and works wonderfully in helping to train the next generation of hospitality workers. Degree should be on your list of places to try any time you go to an event at Ball Arena.
Great find for my birthday lunch. Good food, great service. And they have bar! We will be back!
