Ordered dinner for take-out on a Thursday evening. Everything was really good, but the sauces absolutely make the meal. Being first timers, we got a free order of dumplings. All of this to say, we could not drink enough (for like the next 12 hours) to fix the parched feeling from the sodium. Would probably not order again based on that alone, but the flavors were great!
Very good, quick, and plenty of food for the price. Had the Rock Bop with level 5 spicy and was a good balance of taste with a little bit of spice. Maybe I'll get spicier next time.
First time at Cupbop and it was a great experience. They have a few gluten free options. I ordered the kko kko cup with gluten free noodles and it was pretty tasty. This was like chipotle but the Korean version. It was nice they have a list of the allergies right at the counter and the staff was very nice and helpful! Overall I will definitely return!
Went to check out the seafood store and ended up deciding to try Cupbop to see what it was about...the young man took time to explain everything to my husband and I... We got a cup with rice, cabbage, glazed fried chicken and regular fried chicken with the nbr 7.5 sauce to share for lunch (the cups are huge)... Well... We went back for dinner and got our own cups lol... I got the same as lunch and my husband got the noodle cup with nbr 5 sauce (not as spicy as 7.5)...once again it was retarded!!! (My husband explained it means really good in Baton Rouge LA)... I should have taken a picture before we started eating lol...First place we've been where we actually enjoyed the food xoxo
The chicken tasted good, but that was the only good thing. They were out of vegetables so the bowl was primarily rice and noodles. In the middle of my order an Internet order came in and another representative started working on it while my rep was still making my 2 bowl order. My representative said “hey did you take the last bit of chicken I was about to get?” as they had finished 1 of the 2 bowls and we’re about to finish the second one. And he said, “yeah, an online order came through.”I then waited 10 minutes for new chicken to be made while no one came to pick up that online order that just sat in the warmer. Prioritize the customers that are standing there in front of you, who technically ordered first and were just waiting for the assembly line.
I came in to the restaurant and was greeted by the manager on duty. He was very polite an training another employee. They both did a fantastic job on making my dish. They were also very helpful on making my decision quite easy for what it was that I wanted. The dish was fantastic an tasty!

It was freaking awesome! I'm so happy to finally have some Korean BBQ in North Denver. I didn't know what to order at first but Sean & Angelina recommended the B BOP and I loved it! Plus, the crew was lively and definitely made the atmosphere enjoyable.
(1/11/22)I have been dozens of times to the location in Aurora. My wife usally gets the GF Ugly Bop (a GF fried version of the orginal). The employee who got my food told me that this was the GF Ugly Bop which I knew it wasn't. I tried to explain that there is a GF version thats also fried and breaded like the original. He first tried to tell me that the diffrence between the 2 GF bowls is the sauce they put on them which is only half true. Then he asked me if rice has gluten (which i said no but also WHY DONT YOU KNOW THE PRODUCT YOU'RE SELLING!?!) Then he said they only had one GF option which is a lie because the menu clearly states that there is both a GF breaded version of the Ugly and a GF KKO which is bbq chicken. He then gave up and said "umm I don't know what to do".I know this location just opened but they need to make sure their employees know the products because at this point I'm currently questioning if the item i bought is even gluten free.
Currently not serving Ramen. Had the Korean Bowl. Very tasty but service here is terrible and the restaurant is dirty- just as bad as Garbanzos. This place stands a chance if they get friendlier people to greet guests and walk them through how it works. And clean up the tables and eating area.
