I had a spicy Cuban. It came with a great little side salad. The bread was delicious and the ingredients top notch. I sat at the counter and the chefs made sure I was happy with the food. My wife truly enjoyed her sandwich as well.

The smoked turkey sandwich may well be the best turkey sandwich I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!

Best sandwich I’ve ever had! I literally had tears of joy. Bravo!!

Zero stars wasn't a option.15 dollars for just a sandwich to be sub par. 6 inches is all you get and plenty of day old meat 3 week old sauces. Not to mention overpriced soup. The fly problem stopped with winter but the rats love baguette. It's a sad try for a meat and cheese shop. Especially when you rent the spot. Whole foods has a better products and better sanitation. Wouldn't wanna get Corona here. Their whole factory got the rona and still worked because great guy Justin pays his hispanic workers16hr in Denver co that's enough for a tent near coors field. All in all this guys makes money off the backs of hard workers. A terrible chef destined to make bologna. Careful when eating here the food old and unmanaged.

Can't speak for the rest of the sandwiches but the pastrami isn't worth $15 in Denver. Might be worth $11. I would pass on it.

Spicy Cuban and Meat and Chesse platters slap.

Had an incredible tomato sandwich (a la Harriet the Spy) and a bonus pickled egg, shared both with a friend. Funky yet simple foods, good banter about said foods, overall a friendly time that made my good day great. A+!

High quality ingredients + highly popular market = high prices, high chance of not going back. However no regrets, the sandwich did the trick, but $1 for a half pickle, c’mon now!

Review for Pastrami sandwich from the Central Market location. Quite bad: almost $15, very little actual pastrami on the sandwich (about 4oz: Katz in New York is 16oz for $20) and what it did have was super fatty. Low quality pastrami is hidden with a gob of slaw that is super liquidy, like watery mayo or something which makes the top half of the sandwich fall apart and drip everywhere. The rye doesn't taste like rye - presumably lower than standard rye:wheat flour ratio (maybe another cost savings thing they do). This place appears to survive on unknowing millennials being trapped in the building with their friends trying to find a counter without a huge line on a Friday night.

Excellent charcuterie and sandwich
