I went in to buy some beans. I was greeted by the person who worked the register and she was so helpful. Being a coffee enthusiast, I asked her some basic coffee-type questions so I can get an idea of what she knows. She was spot on with her answers which gave me more confidence in buying my beans.Next, I did the same thing with the baristas while they were making my pour-over. They were knowledgeable and friendly. This place is a must-see, not only for the coffee but the level of coffee education you can get.

A great coffee and tea shop. I love the selection of high end teas and refillable tea presentation. I love when I find a coffee shop that does tea as well as their coffee. Always a great place to work. One of my favorite places to pop in.

First time visit, I would have given them a 3.5 rating if possible. I tried the cool drink options, but they didn't appeal to my pallet.

I go here multiple times a week. Staff is always amazing. Coffee is always great. I wish people would learn to park, and I also wish the property managers/owners would paint in some lines to help the folks who can't parallel park. But that's not on Corvus. They're awesome.

Love the unusual varieties of coffee beans they have here. Staff is always willing to help when I have a question. Best coffee, regardless of what you get, in town.

It was my first time here. I ran in to grab a cappuccino for my trip to the mountains.I love cappuccino foam and it was frothy and foamy. I’d say the espresso it was a little over extracted bc it was slightly bitter too my taste but still a great cup. Even though there was a long line, I was in and out quickly. As I said, I didn’t hang out but I don’t think it’s a place I would like to. For the most part it was community style seating. Long tables that you share with other people. I prefer to have my own quiet spot.

Excellent coffee quality and customer service experience! They never fail to serve me a delicious cup of coffee and serve as a wonderful work environment. The customer service is also exceptional. Often in the mornings when I come in Michael is a wonderful and warm welcome. Additionally he always makes sure to provide a entertaining conversation. Genuinely a great coffee shop and I would highly recommend you check it out if you're in the area.

This used to be my absolute favorite spot but this past few months the lattes I've got were hit or miss. Sometimes its so sour that its unbearable to drink (like today) and sometimes its very good. This past 3 times i was not able to drink more than 2 sips and had to throw it out and on top of everything they have raised the price. A 16oz latte costs $8 which doesn't make sense to me at all. If i can buy a bag of their coffee for $16 and lasts me few weeks to Make lattes at home why 1 drink is $8?My husband just picked up a latte for me and after the first sip I throw it out. I dont think we will stop by anytime soon.

I have had many a cup from Corvus over the years and they still have remained my absolute favorite coffee shop in Denver. Every penny spent here I'd spend again and again. Currently writing this review after receiving probably the best pour over I've had here in a very long time. It literally tastes like roasted meat and potatoes in the best way possible. I have no idea how they do this magic but I'm here for it. Do not go anywhere else!!!!

The staff was great with fast service and the coffee was perfect but I also ordered a brownie that had pepper on it? I know I know strange right? It was my second time in the shop and my first time ordering food and I fear it’ll also be my last. The brownie looked soo good but when I took a bite I noticed there was uncracked pepper on it. I just want an explanation as to why it’s there. Other than that I definitely recommend going for a coffee!
