I would give a zero if I could the cold stone in Green Valley Ranch is Trash they refuse to take my. Cash stating that it is there manager policy that we have to pay exact change I was trying to buy over 30 dollars of ice cream with a 50 dollar bill no sign posted and even the people behind me was Appalled I will never go back sadly she toss the ice cream in front of my face there is so many complaints about this place corporate needs to take action I will be sending a formal complaint
Took my kids for the first time they loved it they were so excited picking the ice cream and what went in it. It was great being able to see those smiles as they enjoyed themselves.
This is the second time Iv been to this location and both times I ask for a flavor and they give me the wrong flavor and I don’t realize till I get home. Extremely upset with this store

One star for mediocre customer service at the actual store. No smiles, no have a good day. I felt rushed! 0 stars for corporate!! The chocolate they sell taste old. I do not recommend. No hairnets worn by staff which explains the hair in the ice cream. There was more than one strand! I'm disappointed that my sister couldn't enjoy her ice cream because there was hair in her ice cream. We attempted to contact corporate with no response after a week. This is unacceptable!
