Went out for a Sunday treat. Last hour of the night but the staff was doing their best handling a large crowd and keeping it moving. The young guy with glasses behind the counter we professional and helped us quickly.
The ice cream was great the ice cream is made there
The worse customer service ever!. I came tonight around 8:04, They look at us with long faces, they don’t say welcome, nothing. Order my stuff for “to go” and they throw the icecream in top of the glass with attitude and withiout lids “for to go”. When they give me the lids, they smash the icecream with it and never gave me the the correct one. I ask for the correct cup for the lid and they gave me the cup but 1 by one (asking three times when they know that tge lids where wrong). This is the second time that we have bad experience going on a Sunday night. The two time has been with the same person. A black dude with ear buds that never lisens and the other kid that makes the same mistakes on purpuse. They had all the chairs up like “closing time” and the coldstone signed turned of when they close at “9PM”. At the end, we were heading out to the door and one of the dudes screams “wait” all loud as a joke that does no make any fun. I would not return to this place anymore.
Great ice flavors and mixins. We had almond milk chocolate, coffee, green mint chocolate chip, and vanilla. All really good flavors.
The staff was unprofessional and extremely slow. We saw multiple people come in, wait in line, and leave because they weren't being served. My ice cream also came out mostly melted with huge chunks that weren't chopped up.
I went on a weekday evening. There is virtually no customer service. The workers act like they are doing you a favor when you order. It smells like sewer inside. The ice-cream is good, everything else is lacking.

Customer service wasnt pleasant.The ice cream did not disappoint though.When we had walked in, we were not greeted or seemed the be acknowledged. It seemed as though we were a burden. When ordering, one out of the two employees there snaped at my boyfriend who had only been to a cold stone one time about 1-2 years ago. He had ordered a waffle cone and she didn't explain that all the sizes can fit into a waffle cone. So he assumed she didn't hear him say "waffle cone" since she had an ear bud in. He said "no waffle cone" and she replied "yeah so, all of these sizes fit into a cone?♀️".The bathroom was not kept.
Nice clean facility, excellent service and food presentation and preparation! Staff was very attentive and listened very well to our preferences! I highly recommend this place!
Icecream was melted, even in the case. They dont have very good customer service. It took 3 employees to figure out how to make to ice cream cones. Store was dirty. I dont recommend.
