We’ve been living at Coda for a few days now, and after meeting the staff and our neighbours we have nothing but wonderful words for Coda - particularly Brooke, who gave us the tour and helped us all the way through the leasing process with style and panache. Thank you Brooke for making it so easy for us!We were cautious as we’re new to the US from Australia, but the welcoming team here have helped us transition. Also, the amenities at Coda are quite impressive with a rooftop (and our own balcony) view that HAS to be one of the best in Denver.
Relocated to Denver 2 1/2 years ago lived in a few high-rises before moving into Coda and I can say hands-down this is the best building I have ever lived in. The staff is beyond accommodating, the residents are friendly, and the views are priceless. If I wasn’t relocating back to my hometown I would have 100% renewed my lease. Giving Coda five out of five stars because I couldn’t have been happier.
I have lived here for two years and I couldn’t be happier. I love my apartment and the experience of being in a community where I feel welcomed. I met the new manager April today and she was so welcoming and nice! I will be renewing my lease for years to come!
We toured the building the other day. The leasing manager, April, was simply outstanding. Polished, professional, talented, and a joy to work with.The building is very nice. I am sure that we will like it there. But there are a lot of nice buildings around. April was one of the key reasons why we decided to move to Coda. If she represents the quality of the coda employees in the building, I’m sure that we will love living there.
I relocated to Denver during the pandemic and had to sign a lease without ever physically seeing Coda. But the Coda team was very helpful & accommodating by sending me videos of available units, community details, and prompt responses to any questions. The building is well maintained, people are friendly, & great location! Everyone working here is very friendly & on top of things, especially Jon our concierge & the maintenance crew. Love Living at coda, and plan on renewing my lease. Highly recommend!
I have lived at Coda now for a year and Intend to continue to do so! From the incredible staff, namely John, to quick service, to the incredible location, Coda is truly the greatest place to live in Cherry Creek! I have had nothing but the greatest experience here and I am proud to call Coda my home!
It's been a great experience living here, so much so that we are continuing past our initial lease. The apartments are great, good amenities and a friendly staff. Not to mention some of the only apartments with gas appliances.
I am SO thankful that I live here. I absolutely love it! Amazing management (timely & helpful responses), great building, safe area, etc etc. I have no complaints — I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
I live in the area and scheduled a viewing at 1:15pm to determine if Coda would be a suitable place for my next lease. Upon arrival at 1:15pm the front door was locked so I used the dial box and followed the prompts to call the leasing office. No answer only voicemail option. We stood outside and waited then finally a kind patron allowed us into the leasing area and there was no leasing agent there. We sat and waited and still nobody greeted us. After leaving the agent called and apologized because she lost track of the time and offered to do a viewing later. This was unprofessional to have us waiting and it is unfortunate that I will not be able to view this complex today as we had our day scheduled for other viewings.
