Pretty disappointed by our experience. Everything was really over priced and the customer service was horrible. Meghan barely interacted with us unless we specifically addressed her, gave no helpful insight on the other options, and seemed annoyed with the questions or conversation even though we were new to the shop and didn’t know what to expect. I really wish I hadn’t tipped 20 percent because she didn’t deserve it. The ambiance was also weird, super empty and quiet, and no one at the front when we first walked in. If the door hadn’t been unlocked, we would have thought they were closed. The smoothies weren’t bad and they had a lot of cool healthy elements to add which I really appreciate but they tasted okay and I easily could have done it at home. I am always fine with adding stuff to a smoothie to make it a balanced and healthier meal which will then bring up the price, but if the over all experience ruins it and then I am just leaving with a really expensive check and mediocre drink, it’s really frustrating.

Placed an order on the app and got there and their water system was down? I got there and the place was a mess and they said they got my order and were about to refund it. And their hours seem to change a lot too. I’ve tried to try this place on a few separate occasions and have yet to be able to actually try it. I think I’ll give up.

Order on Uber Eats at your own risk.Ordered a bottled juice, wasn't included in the order. Also ordered two sprouted almond toasts but got two avocado toasts. Ordered this meal specifically for my sick fiancè who couldn't eat anything as he has an avocado allergy. So thanks so much for your excellent ability to read a screen and follow a simple order! Won't ever be ordering from here again.

I’m seeing other reviews of people being over charged here, so I felt the need to leave a review with my own experience. I bought one juice for $13 (which is already very expensive), and noticed I got an extra charge for $16 which I cannot explain. I called the place and they said they only saw one charge and was extremely unhelpful. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Clearly there is something wrong for a restaurant to be consistently over charging people…hoping I can get my money back.

Blah. A generic bucket of green ice for $14. Come on. I have no explanation for it but the clean juice location off Steele is so much better. The Açaí bowls at Steel location are delicious. I don’t get what the Albion location is doing differently but they missed the mark. And the granola sucks

The girl at the front was super nice but the $11 Cali sandwich was the smallest sandwich over ever seen and didn’t include the ingredients on the menu. The Intense Smoothie was missing ingredients as well.I was also overcharged at $27.74 for a tiny smoothie and sandwich! I need to dispute it at my bank now. This was my first time here as they have inconsistent hours and do not honor their posted hours that are on their door or their website as well as a voicemail that’s dated for closures for July (of what year?) and you’re lucky if anyone ever answers the phone. For the prices they (over)charge you would expect something quality instead it’s a Christian based franchise that lack ambience and quality food.

Açaí bowl was amazing & the two guys working were so friendly! Store was super cute too.

Service started out good but it shouldn't take over 9 minutes for each small drink to be made, it makes it extremely frustrating to come here.

The ladies working at the Albion location are the absolute best! So friendly, amazing service, and really know their products. Thank you! :)

Why anyone would give anything other than a 5 star review is beyond me. I'm a regular here, I usually come several times a week and have been for months. I've never received anything but exceptional service & excellent, high quality food. Smoothies & acai bowls are top notch. The people working there are just as top notch. The best, healthy, clean juice in Congress Park!
