We had an unfortunate experience at this food truck, the fries served were overcooked (or cooked and then under a headlamp all day), the lettuce wrap was served as a salad (the flavor was amazing but i didnt order a salad), the salad we did order was served with multiple ingredients missing and no dressing. The chicken sandwich was fine, tasty but not impressive, especially surrounded by so much food that I'm sure is a poor representation of this food trucks normal quality.
The pork belly BLT wrap changed my life. Literal tears. I wanted seconds.
Richard is the best worker they have here. He made the magic happen. Without him my life would be meaningless, but he puts meaning in my life. Definitely deserves a raise and had earned a customer for life. Love you Richard with all of my heart and may all your dreams come true!
They came out to our neighborhood food truck night. The food was SO DELICIOUS and fresh! I loved that they had gluten free options. It was one guy in the truck cooking and taking orders, and was surprisingly very quick given the amount of people ordering. Highly recommend!
So I carefully walked my stack of food all the way home...right out front of my house the top To go container fell off. I walked all the way back and showed them the deconstructed sandwich on the concrete, they made me another one on the spot. Solid crew of one right there.
The chicharrón was unbelievable. We couldn't stop eating them. Converted my vegetarian girlfriend to pork.
The food was delicious, fresh and unique. Way beyond what you would expect from your typical food truck. It’s a gourmet experience.
We had a fantastic meal. The Brussels sprouts were the best ever (and I love Brussels sprouts). The butternut squash fritters with blueberry compote were lovely, and that was just to start.\\n\\nThe entrees were short ribs and chicken and dumplings, both excellent. I can hardly wait to get another meal from here.
