At 835 pm they ran out of chicken, well almost, they had 4 pcs left, all dark meat. The cashier said they were closed because they were out of food then said they had 4 pieces of chicken so we got a couple of them but I am thoroughly disappointed. I mean, they still had over an hour until closing they couldve cooked up more chicken. The line was super long so they lost quite a bit of business. Not my problem but the chicken was... I couldn't wait to eat a piece and again not too good. Very, very greasy and they put no napkins in there . Usually an excellent location so I was disappointed. Probably wont go back there but I am sure I am going to Popeye's chicken next time.
It’s something in the atmosphere. I’ve never had chicken to actually taste like the people who are cooking it. Only at this location though. It smells like the chicken have been sitting in someone’s home for a period of time and the smell of their house has just attached to the food. Horrible!
I won't ever go back to this place it was dirty they couldn't get our orders right out of three orders they messed up every single one and didn't even give us the same things we ordered. And then even to top that off the wrong orders didn't even have the right sides that we had asked for and it wasn't even worth getting back in line to try to deal with it again cuz they were just too slow and unprofessional and I just I used to love Church's Chicken but this time it tasted terrible and it sat around for quite a long while I'm sure and this was during the the lunch time hours and so you would expect to get fresh food it's sad but I won't eat there ever again
Was the worst experience I've ever had here. Usually love this place and location. Was told it would be 10 minutes for chicken and I said that was fine. Then after 15 minutes was told it would be ten more minutes. Then told them well can I get a discount they said no. So I asked to talk to the manager who had no clue what they were doing kept asking what time I ordered then couldnt find the order or one before mine. After about 30 minutes finally got my food had to tell the lady bagging the order exactly what the order was. These workers were rude and had no idea what customer service is. Not trying to be rude but I've worked in fast food for over 10 years and this is just sad.
The all dark meat chicken is delicious and the special made it even better. The biscuits are the best in the business and we loved the fries, Mac & Cheese, and coleslaw!

Horrible came May 22, 2022 at 340pm guy was rude dropped my cup picked it back up and put soda in it??? Really then had an attitude the whole time got my money back screw this don't even live there just driving through
Thought I'd give this a try. Was definitely the worst fast food chicken sandwich I ate.
Ordered $10 5 piece strip meal, received 3 TINY pieces, the same guy that took my order 10 minutes before questioned if I got 3, receipt showed 5, he STILL asked the manager if he should give me the 2 I'm owed, none ready so he gives me ONE tiny drumstick, gives me a second after I pushback. Manager had an attitude when I asked for bathroom key and never gave me one, had to ambush an employee using their private bathroom to unlock the customer bathroom, no soap in the bathroom either and it smelled VERY bad.Nasty store, incompetent staff, small food portions high price. AVOID this store at all possible.
This place is terrible. Can't substitute anything, prices obnoxiously high for no reason. Ordered the Texas deal can't substitute for okra, willing to give a large strawberry whatever drink, but make a medium soft drink medium and charge extra. No wonder Popeyes mop the street with y'all. Gotta call corporate hopefully a change comes about
