A killer fusion of my two absolute favorite foods in Latin and Asian. They do it just right in “not too much” of either ethnicities either — perfectly balanced. Their drinks are all top notch also. My mind has been blown with everything we have tried here, and I have successfully made it through nearly the entire menu with the exception of one or two things. I highly recommend exploring all of the tacos they have. Their apps are to die for as well. A cool little joint with an awesome bar and interior, as well as a huge back patio. Chuey Fu’s has quickly become one of my favorite go to restaurants. Try anything on this menu and you will not be disappointed!

Anyone else getting tired of these trendy expensive white people flavor restaurants that give you portions so small a normal human being can't get full because the caloric count is so small?Terrible flavorless place, a soda for my friends child that was 95% ice, so bad I told them we aren't paying for ice but for soda.Do yourself a favor and stay away and find another place, so sad as Santa fe use to have an authentic food but since the last few years all of these local places around this strip have increased prices but their food actually has gotten worse.

Disclaimer, I'm very picky [or discerning] so the fact that I looooved their Seared Ahi Tuna Tacos is really saying something. So fresh, tasty, a happy dance of flavors in my mouth! Sam was helpful, friendly and accommodated requests about spiciness. I liked it so much I ordered the Avocado Tofu Salad to go. Yummy, but not as exceptional as the tacos...also had been walking with it for 2 hours in 95 degree Denver heat, so maybe not the best gauge.

The tacos are delicious! We tried the shrimp, chicken, beef, and pork. I'll definitely go back the next time I am in Denver.

Amazing food! My favorite is the Korean beef as tacos or a bowl.*Sad that their Englewood location closed, but this is well worth the drive for those in the suburbs.*

Woop woop! Don’t miss this spot. Tacos were on point and so was the quesadilla. Shoutout to Jordan for taking good care of us!

Love this place! Great food and margs. The service is a little slow (they need to hire additional staff) but the prices and quality of cuisine is worth waiting for.

You can see I don’t write one star reviews ever, so when I leave one star you know the place is BAD. I got violently ill after eating their tacos. My $3 (no refill) drink was 99% ice and it was gone in two sips. Not even Starbucks puts this much ice in their drinks. Like the previous review said, stick to Taco Bell. At least with Taco Bell I’ve never thrown up red onion and pepper seeds all night.

Unique and affordable menu. I recommend the pho burrito. Their salsas aren’t flavorful, but the hot sauces they offer for free at every table are very good. Good outdoor seating in the back patio and great location near many businesses and events on the street throughout the year. Come here for lunch or late night dining & drinking for a relaxing experience.

Put a hair tie on your man bun and put on your best flannel and skinny jeans for a hipster taco experience. I won't go into the server with her ~4yr old at work so.. the food was awful. The menu is terrible and the food was worse. ..Taco Bell is better ? (sadly).
