We had early dinner reservations, which were recommended; the place gets busy. The look and feel of the building itself was unique. The service was extraordinary. Our server was friendly and funny, the highlight of our experience. We started with a few appetizers, which were ok, and cocktails. The barrel-aged Manhattan and Negroni were delicious. The entrees were terrific but on the expensive end. It was an overall pretty good experience.

The food was amazing and the service was great! I loved every single dish that we had! Highly recommended!!

I've been a frequent huge fan of Chophouse. But after this dining experience never again. Came for my 6 year anniversary made sure to let the host know it was a major event. Nothing was done special for my partner and I at all. Which is fine but then after ordering, soup came out with a hair on the plate and my salad had no dressing. I couldn't locate the server to let him know so I waited at least 15 min then the food came out. When the food arrived the prime rib was grey and a very bad cut of meat and hair on the plate. Then when we finally got the waiters attention another 10 minutes the took it back and it took another 15 to just get another steak. By that time I had finished my meal and we were just over it. Promptly got the check but no apologizes or comp for the terrible service or food. Very disappointing, like I said huge fan normally but now will never come back and will not recommend to anyone.

We visited here for dinner and walked away full and satisfied. We enjoyed our waiter's attitude and knowledge. We will ask for him next time, although all the staff we encountered also seemed excellent.

The cornbread tasted good, not your typical cornbread, it tasted more like dessert. The crab cake was very ordinary and overpriced. The tips and mushroom with mashed potatoes were good but you can only eat so much of it because of how strong the flavor is. The pork chop with sweet chutney sauce was a bad combination. The sauce was too sweet and savory at the same time. The food came to the table cold, especially the gravy/sauce part of it. The pork meat itself was bland but had a tasty sear on the outside. The b-52 dessert was overwhelmingly sweet. The bread pudding was delicious but seemed like it's the same recipe as their cornbread. Their seating is very uncomfortable, wow I had never sat at a restaurant and feel that way.

We decided to have lunch there at 1pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was relatively empty, so we were seated promptly.Pros:Our server (Peydon) was extremely helpful and offered suggestions that made our dishes tastier. I ordered the Filet Mignon w/ Gorgonzola preparation, which was cooked and tasted as expected. My wife had the bone-in ribeye, which was also cooked to perfection. We loved the design and ambience / coziness of the restaurant, which offered a window into the past.Cons:The side Caesar salad was a disappointment; as it was simply a small head of romaine lettuce on a small plate with ceasar dressing and cheese flakes sprinkled on top.The kids pepperoni pizza was surprisingly awful, so our server deducted it from our cheque. In the first 15-20mins, there was a smell of sewage, but soon the bad smell disappeared once the ventilation system kicked into high gear. Overall a good experience and tasty steaks.

Ordered the seafood cobb. plenty of seafood but lacks the basic salad components. More of a large scoop of seafood on some lettuce. The steak salad looked good. Service was very good.

My flight was canceled from DIA to Fargo so I decided to have a drink at the Denver Chophouse. I did not eat. I was too busy trying to reschedule my flight. But as I sat there I observed the servers...Melanie Rocked The House. Very sweet. Welcomed every table as if you were at 'her' house. Amazing service. I don't usually post reviews but I thought she deserved a Big Thank you!!!

From the seared tuna starter to the filet mignon, crab cake, mashed potatoes, craft beers and cocktails, this place was fantastic. Service was on point. I generally don't eat large portions but I ate every bite. Everything was cooked and prepared perfectly. Definitely a must go!

Beyond fabulous can cakes, Steak tips and desert. Excellent service and Atmosphere. love it
