Cholon continues to be one of my very favorite restaurants and we are so happy to have this one a couple blocks from our house in Central Park. The food is delicious and interesting and never disappoints. The service is just right and everyone who works there is welcoming and gracious. We love this place.
Love this placeâ¦great food and even greater service. The people there are so friendly, and I just enjoy feeling special when there. Really canât beat the foodâ¦itâs pretty incredible. Loved the crab Rangoon and butter chicken dish. Local beer choices as well. Youâll have a great meal and surrounded by appreciative staff. 5-stars!
Food was creative and ridiculously good. Service was outstanding as well. I love this place!!! Must haves - General Choâs soup dumplings, French onion soup dumplings, Wagyu skewers and Kaya toast (such a delightful surprise!)⦠but my favorite bite of the night was the red snapper sashimi (coconut cream, Thai chilis, basil oil). Fantastic!!!
It was my husbandâs birthday and I spoke with someone over the phone about bringing out dessert with a candle. I also left my credit card number so the bill could be paid by me. Neither happened. A few items were not available on the menu. And service was slow. Very disappointed.
Had a great time, ate way to much and have no regrets about it!
Service was fantastic! I'd come back for our server, drinks and that darn delicious raspberry sorbet dessert!

There were 4 of us and we all LOVED Cholon. The service was so welcoming and efficient. The food was creative and delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Out of towners whoâve eaten at the downtown location a couple times and were very impressed - this location was also excellent.
