As far as chipotle’s go, this is a good one. Quick service and tasted real fresh. Adequate seating too.

Horrible customer service experience at this location this morning. I sent an online order in at 1030 before opening and then waited outside the door.When the location opened at 1045 I inquired about the order and was told to wait until 1100. I politely asked the manger if the normal line could make my order since there were no customers and was rudely told to wait in line. The manger then announced to the whole store not to make my food. I tried to talk to him politely again and he yelled at me. The staff looked shocked! He was very confrontational from the start. Overall a miserable experience

Not sure if they take each grain of rice and every single bean directly out of they employee paychecks or what, but the portions are very small compared to any other Chipotle I've been to. Got a bowl and it was only about half full.

Ordered a burrito bowl with all sides and no guacamole or rice and this is what I got. Lamest thing! No peppers, tomatoes onions cheese or sauces! Skip this location!

Not business friendly. If you are getting food to go you might as well get in line instead of ordering ahead, as the online orders seem to be consistently 5 minutes late. Agree with the others, the portions of protein are particularly short compared to other Chipotle's in the area. Also didn't come with napkins or utensils.

I love Chipotle! It's probably my favorite fast food restaurant. This Chipotle has the smallest portions of food. I always got to ask for either extra chicken or beans. This is the only Chipotle I have ever been to where if I don't ask for extra I'll leave still hungry. Please make your portions the same as all the other.

This place is so worried about being fast during lunchtime that they ended up sacrificing customer service. Just plop some slop and push to the next item. Timing was based off of register but the servers clearly don’t understand that. They must be told to just rush everything regardless of the fact you are 15 deep from register watching your chicken get cold as no one could move. Never going there again.

I just had the most horrific experience at this location. ALBERT the employee at the register verbally assaulted those of us waiting to pickup our orders and was talking poorly on Door Dash pickups. I believe if this location doesn't appreciate its customers, whether walkin or delivery service, we should think twice about ordering here. By the way, I ordered on the app and was not a delivery service, not that that should matter. Unless you want to be verbally assaulted and literally AFRAID of being physically assaulted, I suggest you stay away. DO BETTER Chipotle. You used to be miles above in customer service.

I have never been to a chipotle as incapable of fulfilling online orders as this location. It’s unfortunately too close to validate going to another location, but the last 4 mobile orders have been messed up. Everything from incorrect toppings to missing items. The last time I went back in to get a missing item and there wasn’t even a simple sorry said to me. Management needs to figure out how to run this location. I love Chipotle so it hurts to write this review.
