Since we are staying at the hotel nearby we decided to just go to chillies. You know what your gonna get. Tonight's experience was great. After driving all day my family was hungry and tired. We were seated and Jakob came over immediately to introduce himself and ask what we wanted to drink. My wife joked with him about they no longer put the swedish fish in the drink. We chatted for a minute and he took our food order. The restaurant was somewhat busy and they only had two servers. Ii must say the manager at this location really had it perfect even being short staffed a little.othrt employees were running food . Everyone was trained and worked well together . Our meals were the basic food you expect from chillies . The experience was great. If we ever pass through Denver again we will definitely be back
This is a regular stop for us on our way home from the mountains, but today was our last time here. Terrible service (the table of 6 that was sat after us got their food before we got our drinks). When our food finally came, the kitchen manager was incredibly rude when I told him we were still missing a meal. The whole experience was pretty terrible. I do understand that they were busy and understaffed. But what we experienced tonight was so much worse than being busy.
It was great! The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and made the experience the best!
Generally, I’ve never had a problem with this location. They always make good food, especially when ordered for carry out and they’re quick for curbside. Today is different. I ordered the three spicy shrimp tacos. They’re cold, for one. The tortillas are rock hard so the tacos are almost impossible to eat. And only one sliver of avocado in each. I’m bummed out. I’m not leaving this review to bash on Chilli’s, rather to encourage you not to use stale tortillas on customers orders. That’s a health and food safety issue. Still good food regardless, but please check the quality of your food before you give it to a customer to eat.
Great drinks and great atmosphere. The Brisket Burger is Amazing too!
Everything was wonderful until a customer started giving our waiter a hard time. I don’t think the manager handled it very well, at all! I’m hopeful that our waiter is safe. Thank you.
Usually, I am a huge fan of chili’s. I did order carry out this time and I was greatly underwhelmed. I had boneless wings, fries, and a Caesar salad. All of which, were cold and plastic-y. Even the drink was greatly watered down. I still plan to go back to chili’s but only when Covid is overUpdate: One should go in person. Great way to get a cheap meal after a movie
Based on two visits. Initial service both times was a little slow, but afterwards everything went well! Good food and good drinks, my husband was a big fan of their March $5 Jameson margarita. I like their location, right off I-25 and right next to the movie theater.
Good food. Had a curbside order and sat outside for 15 mins after I checked in. I went inside and walked to the bar where I was ignored for another 5 minutes. I walked around the corner to try to find someone, I found my food sitting on a cart and my drinks with the ice melted. I got no help and the staff straight up ignored me.
Saltiest chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten, I get the soaking chicken in water to retain moisture and partial seasoning but the chicken tenders in my child’s meal was so salty and I don’t mean the breading which I assumed it was at first so I pulled it off. Nope in-fact it was the chicken. Yikes Chili’s, less is more!!!
