Amazing taste!! Absolutely loved it! Staff is very friendly! We will definitely be back!
The chicken sandwich was delicious, the flavor was right, the sauce, everything! I was so happy to be supporting a female owned business in my area. I just wasn't happy that it literally came with NO side?!? Then I checked on the website again and found out it's EXTRA? Normally when you go to a food place and order any kind of sandwich or burger the default side is French fries or something, right? I had to go elsewhere just to get simple fries. It definitely was not worth paying 13$ for a sandwich alone, and definitely would not recommend this.
Also chicken came out raw, The place was just do filthy upon walking into the door, over all the worst food ive had ever. Will be going else where for my chicken needs from now on. Eat here at your own risk
Kay... Stopped in to get some lunch yesterday, on Easter. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with a beer on tap. Pros: The Staff was polite and obviously hard at work. The Staff member with the beard was all over that kitchen keeping the restaurant running effectively. The young lady running the drive through checked on me regularly and provided strong and cheerful customer service. Overall, friendly staff. Cons: Upon entry, these floors are NASTY, including the kitchen. The processing time was quite slow. I noticed that staff was consistently struggling with drink cup lids. Took 2 minutes a cup to put the lids on. Some drinks went out with shake lids. What's up with the incorrect sized lids? I asked for a blank cup to try and I had a difficult time. Someone get these people better materials! The beer on tap was super sweet and made my tummy upset. It was light to the taste at first, however not all that great. My grilled chicken wrap and beer cost $20!!! Without Tots! Absolutely absurd prices, I rather get Chick FIL A or Raising Canes. More for your buck, or at least an amount expected for the buck. Holy prices! Even the shakes were almost $7 alone! Believe it or not, the power bowl is one of the most expensive items over the food items with buns and are deep fried. C'mon now. Lame. $13.50!?!? The worst part was when the staff energy shifted around 3ish. Turns out the owner showed up. Gotta be pretty awful to have your staff flinch and walk on eggshells to shift energy like that. We all felt it in the lobby, including the 10 month old waiting for her tots. I left with her family, asked, them. They have been to CR twice, and don't plan on returning due to the price and wait (mainly about the lids). I may give CR another chance. As of right now, until those prices make any sense, nope. This is a restaurant, not a high end food truck. Last time I paid these prices are at venues and events. Don't waste your time or money until improvement is shown. DON'T GET THE FIREBIRD SAUCE! NOT SANITARY Raising Canes, Chick FIL A, KFC, HERE I COME!
Started with splitting the Classic and Fancy Tots. The tots were fantastic! The lemon zest was shockingly enhancing. The Classic: disappointing. Thin filet, not much zip to the slaw. We're more of a "creamy slaw" fan but this had literally no bite. Not wanting to give up, we tried the Rancher. Thicker, JUICER filet, a good combo of the bacon, avocado and delicious, generous, fresh ranch dressing. Now, Mister X says bacon is a cheat but this was "just" the right amount. Each bite was delicious. For 2 sandwiches, the tots, and a fountain drink = @$30 sans tip. It was our server's first day and he was on IT. We left as they were getting busy, and we felt awful that we couldn't self-bus our table Highly recommend...they have the space.
I had a great experience. The food is fresh. The Nashville hot chicken breakfast burrito is delicious and tender! It has a great flavor!! The classic is great! The staffs are friendly and welcoming!!!
+ Chicken Quality+ Location+ Venue+ Atmosphere+ Service- Portion SizeWent in late January 2022 for the first time and their service was excellent; they were very patient and helpful as far as guiding new customers to a menu option. The wait time was about 18 mins for 4 sandwiches and 3 orders of tots. The quality of the chicken was on par with redbird farms' chicken. The sandwich size was a little small for my liking at the price. Overall the experience was great. Their restrooms were clean and they have a pinball machine and large screen TVs for entertainment.
One of the best places for Nashville hot chicken burger in the Town. If you like spicy chicken burgers like me, then definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed. They have lots of other varieties of chicken burgers also. However I am in love with their firebird burger which is the Nashville hot style. The food also came quick after we placed the order. The chicken inside was perfectly fried and the coleslaw was very fresh. I wish they served it with a brioche bun. The Normal bun they serve with is very soft and fades away in comparison to the chicken quantity inside. Anyway I loved the fried chicken thigh piece inside. It was juicy, hot, crisp outside and moist and flavourful inside.
This is a great spot in regards to location and even to have a drink but that’s as far as I’d go, when we placed our order it was to dine in, but when our order was done they packed it in a to go box. However, we didn’t care too much about that, but what was really bad was how the chicken was plain raw and I wished I could’ve taken some pictures but it dark but we could see it on the tenders, the sandwich I order and my kids tenders. Super disappointed overall we will probably never go back, the breading was also falling off so easily it was pretty gross in the end.
This is the second time I’ve ate here and it was better than the first. I got the Buffalo sandwich with ranch instead of blue cheese and it was excellent. Chicken to bread to bun ratio was spot on and it had just enough Buffalo sauce to make my taste buds sing. I got the tenders to go so I can enjoy them for lunch tomorrow with a nice salad. Quality food and good flavors.
