Service here is usually pretty solid. Food is mostly consistent with the occasional hiccup. Would be 4 stars but have to drop one. For some reason (likely corporate directive from labor shortage or profit analysis) they’ve suddenly started closing at 9:00 instead of 10:00. As one of the few places in the neighborhood with healthy options that was open after 9:00, this is a big disappointment.

I'd actually love to give negative stars. I've never had such a bad experience with chick~fil~a. Thought they were supposed to be Christian. From the time I pulled up to the drive thru til the time I left, super bad experience. Will not ever go here again I will find a different one if I really want the food

I'm a truck driver. This crew let me order jus after dinning room closed. I told them my truck doesn't fit in the drive threw if I could place a quick to go order. Best crew ever thank very much. Made my day. 5⭐

My first time coming to this particular Chick-fil-A and I was greeted by a lovely young lady, Sophia at the window. She was so sweet, patient and very welcoming. We need more people like her! I'll definitely be returning soon!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Jesse on the register was quick and efficent with great CS skills. The manager was very polite and friendly. sandwich was hot and to spec as ordered. This team was on point and consistent with every visit. Good job guys! and thanks for the great service.

I just ordered from here after a long day. Asked for a gluten free bun which I paid for and upon coming home there is literally just a chicken paddy in my bag. I called to ask what my options are and a lady named precious... Told me I can get back in my car in the 9 degree weather and drive to get a new bun. After a long day I just wanted to come home and relax so I said this is not an option. I pleaded with her for a manger and she said I am a manger and put me on hold to ask about a policy. Now I'm told I can go back after 11 ( during my lunch break) to reclaim the small amount chick FIL a took. I'm really disappointed because I used to enjoy coming here with my dogs... I will not be going here and highly recommend you go to the location on Yale and Colorado. It's not much further and the staff is highly competent. If any mistakes arise they compensate you. This location on Hampden however is not a good place to spend your money. Would give it 0 stars. Take the extra 30 seconds to hold up the line and check your food. Better than this.

I placed an order and asked for well done fries. I was informed that they can't do that at this location. I didn't realize that customer service was only something you could expect at certain locations. I've noticed this policy at other locations. All you have to do is leave the fries down a little longer. It's not that difficult. I've worked in restaurants my entire adult life and I can't imagine telling a customer that if they wanted their food cooked a little longer that that was too much to ask. I will not give my money to a restaurant that refuses to cook my food how I would like.

They let the person in front of me order breakfast and then told me I couldn’t despite it being 10:29am and the menu still showing breakfast items. Management: do more to accommodate your customers. Customers: go to a different CFA.

Great staff, I ordered food for pick up and by the I time reached they closed doors at 9pm and had to come through drive through to pick up food, waited in drive through for half hour so when I said about this situation while picking up at window they gave me 2 free meals felt like worth waiting ?
