This place was super busy but the food was out in minutes, the bathroom has a lock code which can be given to you by any employee or if you're a paying customer. The bathrooms were very clean and had mouth wash ? I thought it was so cool. The restaurant itself is very clean, when the employees weren't taking food to customers they were cleaning tables, floors, chairs, and windows. And the food as always is amazing!
Food is always great. The lines suck an the prices are just to high. By the time I wait in line just to order my food I am running out of money and gas sitting ther. Would be nice if they could come up with a different ordering system and maybe just maybe lower their prices a Lil. For crying out loud they don't even have a value menu.
While the food itself was good and I love Chick-fil-A, I DO NOT ENJOY the Drive-thru Express lane. It is not that Express at all! The actual Drive-thru moved faster than the "express" lane. I just don't think for this particular location it's a good idea. Parking is already cramped and then add express...just makes it that much worse. Definitely won't be ordering mobile from this location again.
I think their chicken is the best around. Staff seemed friendly. We drove thru, though. Tastes amazing. Spicy ckn sand with the perfect amount of pickles and Polynesian sauce. Waffle fries and a drink. Absolute deliciousness.
Jason, you and your team are amazing. I come here for lunch quite often and I truly appreciate y’all and your hard work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for great service and quality food. Worth every dime I spend.
The new drive thru sucks, no body directed us where we could place an order and the new system does not have clear enough signs. We drove through the wrong line and had to wait to circle around to even order. The person that’s supposed to direct into the correct lane didn’t help what so ever. Really annoying. The kid at the window said that we were the fifth car to have that happen. Clearly it’s not a good system

One of if not THE best in the city. Regardless of how much of a rush they get I never mind the wait in line. The portions are good and the food is fresh. In addition to that the staff is very diverse and is always fun to deal with.
Do not order for delivery from this location. It took over an hour and a half. The driver was sitting less than a mile away for more than 20 minutes, and food was delivered half hour past the latest expected delivery. Called the store to be told they would be here soon.My sandwich was cold, missing the bbq sauce. My drink was spilled all over the carrier and 1/4 gone!
I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years now. Never had such bad customer service from this place. I asked to speak to the GM. No one at the facility provides me with their information. I was given information for their person in charge of marketing. She responds to my email states she had informed the GM about my complaints and wishes me a great week after I asked for my email to be forward to the GM. This is horrible customer service, and yes after being a customer for so many years I know the faster quicker service is via a mobile app! I do not need to be belittled and talked to like I don’t know what am doing or talking about! I will be taking my business else where and rather make the drive to get the great customer service that Chick-fil-A knows how to provide.
