We are visiting from out of state and for me to get yummy chick fil A we have to drive over an hour drive. I was so excited it was so close to where we were staying for me to grab a lunch. Delicious as always and even at the busiest times they keep the lines running and wait time down to nothing. Great job and customer service.
I frequent chick-fil-a 4+ times a week. First time coming to this one and after being at locations all over the US this one was probably my least favorite. I walked in and no one greeted me, I sat at the counter as I watched several employees right in front of me just hanging out paying me no attention. I eventually walked out to place a curbside order(which took 15 minutes when they didn’t look busy), when it was brought to me the food was okay but throughout the entire experience I didn’t hear “my pleasure” ever. Which I thought was weird.
Staff was very unfriendly. Understood they were busy but the one lady just threw my order at me and it took a very long time to get as well.
I love chick-fil-A! The food is always great but this location seems to never listen correctly to my order!?? its so frustrating i come to chick-fil-A for the convenience they usually are on top of it at any other location just not this one? today was the last time going to this location they just never get it right!! A manager even took my order??♀️ GET YOUR STAFF TOGETHER!!????(my order was a cobb salad with a grilled filet)NOT HARD!!
I've had better chicken sandwiches from Fire on the Mtn., Bull and Bush , and MonoMono Chicken. I like Chick-fil-a salads, and breakfast, but not the spicy chicken deluxe. The lack of spice, and flavor leaves room for improvement. On many occasions, the cheese isn't melted, and the savory cheese blandness overcomes the chicken flavor. The tomato and lettuce adds a bit of sweetness, and freshness to the spicy deluxe, but the flavors doesn't come together with the bland, mushy bun, and the breaded chicken. In the tradition of Southern fried chicken, Cfa is more fad that everyone gravitates to, rather than having a culinary delight, chicken with great flavor. The diet, and regular lemonade doesn't compare to Bull and Bush lemonade, and Sonics limeade.
Had gotten home and half my order wasn't in the bag! Being it my first time trying the restaurant, I was bummed out and called the store. They remade my order the next time I went for free and it was delicious! I see why people praise Chick-fil-a's customer service, and this location is amongst the best!
I tend to give Chick-fil-A high scores. They have always taken care of us and their food is extremely consistent. This place is no exception. Ordered chicken tenders for the boys and the grilled sandwich for myself. Everything was exactly how I ordered. Even got to use some points to cover the sandwich cost! Awesome. The line for the drive thru was really long so I used my app and did curbside. Super fast!
Nothing I love more than being assured all of the items that I paid for are within the bag being handed to me so that I quickly move along in line and when I get home, items are missing. SO frustrating. What is happening to your customer service Chick Fil A ?!! Disappointing.
Chick- fil-a Is one of the most consistent restaurant operations I've ever witnessed in my existence. Lol. I felt like if our military and government affairs operated like chick fil -A . ...we be just fine in life lol. Great job everywhere I am! #Consistent
I've honestly never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A Period. And if I had you'd better bet you would hear about it. Honestly I haven't tried every single thing on the menu I'll think I'm on the menu but every single thing I have tried has been amazing, recently ive discovered the frozen coffee (super delicious) ?. My go to beverage is their Arnald palmer...super on point. All around no complaints, I love this place! Good job and thank you! to everyone that works With Chick-fil-A to create this wonder of a fast food oasis!
