Of course they have the best chicken sandwich. We all know. I support them because they're a Christian organization. But I never go in only the drive thru
The person gave me the wrong order and too much cash back, so I noticed the order was wrong. I returned the bag and told her what my order was. Then they gave me the bag back, then realized what I was telling them. They finally gave me the correct bag. I tried to return the extra cash they had give me. I finally left the drive thru, dissatisfied and confused. What happened to their customer service?
So I went in after a long day at work to have lunch with a friend. The food was hot and delicious, my experience was great until I asked one of the employees for a pen to fill out an application because my friend noticed that they was hiring and had previous experience working with chickfilA. I believe the employee was a manager he had on an orange shirt and if im not mistaken his name was Tommy. He was very rude and replied to me if I knew I was coming to apply for a job I should’ve brought a pen, I than explained to him that I was a customer I just got done eating we noticed that they were hiring and just wanted to apply while we was already there , he than ignored me when and was very rude and said I don’t have no pen when I seen a cup full of pens and markers sitting right beside him. I never went into a chikfil a and they made me feel like I was eating at McDonald’s. Don’t know if he’s going to get any punishment or what consequences comes with that but I won’t be eating here anymore. Not sure if my friend is still going to apply because who would want to work with someone who acts like that ? I did speak with the owner and he did apologize for the employees behavior but I highly doubt I would go back to this location.
Always enjoy coming here. Food is yummy. Staff members are helpful. Alan always does a most excellent job, he runs a tight ship!!
every time i go to this chick something is wrong. if it’s not food it’s the manager being to flustered to speak normally to customers tomliee tried when i was explaining that the app is not working that he was too flustered because they’re too “busy “ and thought i was “cussing” at him when i said app location of your store and hung up multiple times.
So yummy!!!! I had a craving for chick- fil-A, haven't had it in while so after work and i went and got takeout and my household "family" was excited and very satisfied as well!!!!:)
I treat myself to their breakfast every other day to start my day off right but honestly what really makes my day is seeing the hard workers here like Gaby, Violeta, and especially Kim. You all deserve a gold medal. Thank you for always being so kind and having a smile on!
The drive thru server that both gave out the food and took our order was EXTREMELY rude. She had a very heavy accent and we could barely understand her so we were trying to be extra nice to her and friendly but she was extremely rude the whole time. Didn't take our order right and didn't give us an option to swap what we ordered at the window. I have NEVER been to a chick fill a with a worker more rude than that. She genuinely made the whole experience sour and uncomfortable
Best chicken anywhere! Make sure you give the chick-fil-a sauce, its so good! Expect long lines but totally worth it!! Sad that they close on Sunday's.
I’m looking for over the top friendliness, but whoever was working the drive through today should work at Popeyes instead. Extremely rude, and not only that messed up the order. Said “you weren’t charged for the mac and cheese so do you still want it” at that point it’s like no I’m good since you want to have an attitude, I don’t even want to deal with you all.
