I have eaten at CAVA restaurants all over. The food is always delicious and very consistent. Plus every location seems to have really nice staff. It's a build your own bowl or pita style fast casual. You will love it!

Fast food rice bowls and wraps. Fresh ingredients and veggies made to order. Had the spicy chicken and avocado wrap. Very enjoyable and more than I could eat so I saved half. $15 which I think is a little high, but I will be going back again and again. Recommended.
The food is always incredible and the service is OUT of this world. Amazing staff, especially Fulani. She was attentive, informative, and super helpful. 10/10 would reccomend for the food and service.
The lack of a menu with instructions was a problem. The employees did not help navigate. BUT What I ended up with was the most delicious Pita handheld wrap I’ve ever had. I did a build your own pita wrap,I tried the braised lamb and it was amazing. It took 10 napkins and a fork to get every last bit. Did I mention Amazing! I can’t wait to go back.
ex employee here.Just wanted to say,When you guys say the food is fresh its really funny... because pretty much everything comes in vacuum sealed bags.Also, it's extremely unsanitary up in there... you guys seem to forget this still counts as fast food.Finally, can y'all chill out on being mad at the employees for rolling their eyes and giving attitude? I mean, can you blame them???They're making minimum wage, dealing with some real dummies who manage this location, and then there's you guys! Some of you are really, really mean. It sucks. Of course they're going to be rude to you.Please stop calling them "unprofessional". I want you to remember when you were making minimum wage (if you ever have...) Do you remember wanting to act professional at all times? No, of course not because the money is not worth it!These employees don't owe you anything, enjoy your cross contaminated chicken.
Hard to review this spot. Line was very long and slow. Lots of staff working but seemed to be having a bad night and not working together well. Staff was not friendly, seemed a little questionable as far as sanitation (wearing gloves but scratching your neck...), the food was good but overpriced. I probably won't go back and I can get better falafal at other local spots
The description someone told me was "Chipotle for Mediterranean food". That describes the assembly line serving style. But the food and combinations have so many more varieties. You have the ability to do half & half bowls, wraps, salads. It's all very delicious. One thing to note - if it says spicy it is. I've been twice in the past week and plan to go again soon!
I did have one bad experience with a manager at this Cava location a month ago, but since then the staff has been excellent, I always enjoy the food and it is reasonably priced. My only complaint is they refuse to accept cash, which is against state law, the law was put in place for people that are not stable enough to get a credit or debit card.
Had it for the first time very good food I have a friend who is vegan who had it with me tonight and we both enjoyed it! Very good service! Thank you so much for a great first experience. I had the white sweet potato and feta salad and my friend had the falafel we both enjoyed our food thank you so much
