I did the Christmas cookie decorating class to hang out with friends during the week. It was fun to be creative, learn some basic decorating techniques and the instructor was very patient. ? The best part is even if I goofed I can still enjoy eating the cookie! The cakes in the shop looked beautiful, too!

My daughter wanted a red velvet birthday cake for her birthday, and we happened to have a bunch of family all meeting up in Denver (with a grandma's birthday at the same time), so we ordered a big one from Cain's, which I had never used before. Red velvet normally isn't my favorite, but what a delight it was to taste this cake! We got several comments that it was the moistest red velvet cake they had ever tasted. The cream cheese frosting was also perfect, not too rich or sweet (always a pet peeve of mine). And, of course, the decorating was just beautiful. I ended up hiding an extra piece just for myself because it went fast.The pricing was also extremely reasonable. I had expected to pay more. Thanks, Cain, for making our party extra amazing!
