It was good. Not great.I got delivery, the gyros plate with 3 extra pita. I am unsure how many pita actually come with the entree. Because if I purchased three extra, that means one pita was provided with the meal otherwise. Many places skimp on the pita. Some don't.I am just unsure the value of the meal for my dollar. While tasty overall, again, the amount of food for the price wasn't that good. There was approximately 2 maybe 3 tablespoons of hummus. As one can see in the image, it's almost a laughable amount of hummus. Even the portion of gyro meat seemed small overall.Expensive for what you get. I don't think I will come back. The meal wasn't satisfying for the hefty price.Try it and maybe you'll be glad you did. Or not.
Tip: if you pay your bill in cash, you get a treat. The lunch specials are only Monday through Friday. We have tried many Mediterranean restaurants looking for ones that are good and have flavors and dishes we would eat again. Thankfully there are places like this with good taziki sauce! Lebanese tea was fun. Chicken shawarma was okay, fattoush salad was great!
It was fine. Reasonably priced. Nice servers.Got a gyro sandwich with fries and a Greek side salad. Gyro meat was dry and not particularly flavorful. Fried weren’t crispy. Salad was soggy. Feta on salad was good.I hope the owners read these and consider upping their game to get more customers in the door. The billboard won’t help if the food isn’t better…
Great food. Great service. Amazing price for great portions. This spot is a 5 min walk from me and I’m so happy there’s a great Mediterranean restaurant so close. Really wish they had lamb kababs though. Maybe in the future.
This is hands down the BEST Mediterranean restaurant in Denver!!! After living in Europe for ten years it’s hard to find Greek food as authentic and amazing as this. Plus Pvlina was super nice and very professional. We will be coming back for more! Please support this small business!
The food was delicious, we got the Byblo's Family Package and the Lamb Shank Plate (both pictured below). Everything was very flavourful and the selection of dishes included in the Family Package tasted excellent together. We did spend about $25 per person, however we got more than enough food and we bought three of their homemade drinks, which are tasty refreshments between different foods. Besides, authentic Greek & Lebanese food that's as good as this isn't easy to find, so the price is easily excused if the quality and quantity is considered. Also, if you pay with cash, each person gets free Baklava, which is seriously the best I've ever had. Our server Pavlina was very friendly and helped explain the dishes to us when we were deciding on what to eat. Everything about our visit was great and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking Greek & Lebanese food.
This restaurant deserves no less than 5 stars. Cafe Byblos has been one of my favorites since I moved to Denver in 2020. I prefer dining in but the takeout/delivery is just as amazing. The food is delicious and they have the best Greek salad I have ever had. The prices are really reasonable which is hard to find these days. Thanks Cafe Byblos you all are awesome!
Came here because of their giant billboard saying "best Greek & Lebanese food in Denver". Tried a few things and everything was ok. Not super flavorful, everything seemed not fresh, maybe they don't make anything in house or it's prepared too far ahead of time? Not even the best Greek food in this area of Denver, and pretty expensive for what you're getting. Just bland and disappointing. Outdoor seating area was nice.
Great food. The gyro plate was has plenty of meat and the hummus is really good. The staff is extremely nice and service was prompt as well. Highly recommend a visit.
Love this spot!!! We had falafel and gyro sandwiches, both hot and the most delicious wraps. Also absolutely loved the dolmas (grape leaves) and would recommend them to all. Would also recommend you try the Lebanese tea - delicious!
