Soooo slow. We've been here for over 30 min and most of the tables here don't have food. Smells good but... wouldn't know because they literally take forever to make anything. Seems like no one has gotten food since we've been here.
Grease slick! The tables were sticky, the food was so greasy that my French fry loving teenager would not eat the fries. There aren’t any semi-healthy options on the menu - even the vegetarian options were laden with greasy ingredients. There are many better options for counter service burgers. The servers were very friendly and polite.
Fairly expensive for a decent burger and fries. I can justify the price as the advertising/PR makes it seem the chain is on the side of a responsibly sourced material restaurant.Unfortunately the CEO burger was juicy but also dripping with grease, sauce was really rich and heavy, could use a stronger pop of acid to lighten the burger. The fries were fried with peanut oil by my estimate and weren't quite crispy enough for my preference and had too many inedible small bits. The Strawberry shake had real strawberries, good flavor and consistency.Overall I'd definitely go back but try a different burger and ask for the fries to be down an extra 30 seconds longer.
It's overpriced period. Fries were limp and oily. Burger had a nice bun but it was small and they charge extra for lettuce and tomato after $10 for meat, bacon and cheese. Remember when $5 burgers were premium? It was essentially a nice Wendy's Baconator but significantly marked up. Yeah I won't be back, on the the next one.
It's kinda overpriced...For the price, I would expect a better taste for burgers and fries...The burger I ordered was dry. The bun was not soggy, but it didn't taste good... If it can be toasted or steamed a little, it would be better for the texture(especially for the Bacon burger). However, their onion rings are so good!! So crunchy and the onions were so fresh!!!I would say if you are not too hungry, ordering onion rings instead of burgers def give you a better experience.

This BurgerFi location was recommended to me by the front desk of the The Art Hotel Denver, which is across the street. Has the cheeseburger and the cry and fry combo. It was ok and hit the spot.
They are the best burger restaurant I have eaten at in my life (so far)!! Their burgers are AMAZING! Their fries are super good and their Fi sauce is awesome. They have fast service (at least when I was there). I would recommend going to this place if you are ever near it! :D
Good fast food. Healthy choices ?. Burger without a bun but in lectures. Interior a bit worn and torn, but the food was tasty and well prepared.
Resorting to Facebook after a month of multiple failed attempts to get a refund for raw food. Check your food before you leave. Mine was so raw it was crumbly and inedible. The store doesn’t accept for calls and I live 30mins away so I couldn’t even get a new burger Update 12/27 I’ve called the store and filled out 2 experience surveys (what they said to do) over 2 weeks ago and never heard back… If y’all BurgerFi people read this I would appreciate my money back
