So this bartender was the best bartender I have had in so so long. It was refreshing to have someone interesting with her customers and working so hard to make sure the whole staff was taken care of as well. I think her name was heather. I watched her pour two beers at once in order to get her drinks out quickly. She was very funny, very caring. I would come back just to have that experience again
Came here today for what I hoped to be a quick lunch. When we arrived there was a line to be seated. There were many open tables the staff ignored everyone waiting to be seated. Every few minutes the groups waiting would simply give up and leave. Three groups left in front of me. I was the head of the line after that. I waited for another 10minutes with the staff ignoring my existence. I mean at least acknowledge your patrons and tell them they will be seated at some point. There were families with people holding children that were simply ignored until they went away. Terrible service and management.
I went in with my family , taking my daughters boyfriend to celebrate his graduation. We understood that they were understaffed, so waits will be longer . That wasn’t any issue my issue was the older guy taking food to the tables practically throwing it at my daughter, then we waited 20 min for the check , we tried paying through the app it wouldn’t work , we saw the waitress was busy so we waited some more . After getting tired of waiting I told everyone to head to the front well I go to the register to see if I can pay there . The cashier was on the phone so I waited , then I see our waitress run to our table searched it saw nothing on it then ran to the front where we were waiting to pay . She then insisted how were we gonna take care of the bill (with an attitude) . I told her I have a gift card and we will cover the rest by card , she takes a deep breathe clicks her tongue and ask someone else to help us . Unfortunately the person that helped us out a tip on there for her that I wasn’t able to take off . I feel now she thinks she should be rewarded for her behavior accusing a family’s of skipping the check .
If I could give this place zero stars, I would!First off, outside of this establishment is what looks like a giant ash tray, the front door was covered in finger prints, and the handles were dirty. There was no host/hostess at the entry, so we had to wait (not a big deal). When we finally got our seat, the tables and chairs were dirty and had wet, sticky stuff on them. I asked for a high chair and they brought me one that had chewed up food in it, it was sticky and looked like spit up was dried on the side of it. The menus were sticky and covered in some film. I’ve never been to such a dirty, unclean place. There was no cleaning procedure whatsoever. When we got our food, everything seems okay, aside from the chips, they had the texture of very bland, and stale, like they have been sitting out all day. Two members of our party got food poisoning from this place, I’m convinced it’s because of the lack of sanitization. The waiter was nice though.
We stopped by this location around 3pm. It was not very busy, maybe 5 tables sitting in the entire restaurant and we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. That was fine, we understand the staff shortages right now. However waiting we noticed a lot of staff...just standing, talking and joking with each other? We decided to take a seat at the bar and order a drink. Tried ordering 3 beers from the menu and was told they were out of each one, finally settled on water. We decided to eat from the bar, the server was okay...tried to order an appetizer, and we were told that they were out of that as well....okay, food shortages? We decided to order chicken wings. There were 6 of us, we ordered and within 5 minutes wings were delivered for 1 of us.....the other 5 sat while the one person awkwardly sat/ate while we waited for the other dishes to be brought out. She finished her wings before the other dishes came out staggered like that. When our food did arrive the wings were dry (we ordered them with extra sauce) and over cooked. We generally enjoy BWW, but we will not return to this location. This is certainly mismanaged and does not follow the standards of the other locations.
I have always love this Buffalo Wild Wings location but Thursday night I didn’t have a good experience.At first our server was rushing us to order and he forgot part of our food and brought it like 30 minutes later and He left the receipt even tho he didn’t ask for it.He really wanted us to leave!Anyways We paid and he charged us like 5.60 dollars for everything and We told him that that was not right.So He corrected it and charged the correct amount on the credit card but now I have check my account.I haven’t got my 5.60 dollars back.I don’t think that’s okay.
The restaurant was in a bit of disarray with numerous messy tables when we got there, but we were craving beer and wings so we got a table. Our group ordered draft beers. Waiter returned saying co2 was out, so no draft beer. We ordered bottles. Our waiter returned saying they didn’t have any of the various bottles our group of 6 had chosen. Turns out they only had about 5 choices (bud light, coors, etc). After delivering most of the food our waiter went missing for 10 minutes. When we followed up, he finally brought it out and it was cold. Never any acknowledgment of the issues. I know times are hard in this industry but the service and food quality were still a few notches below anything else I’ve seen recently. Seeing other recent reviews, it appears there are some bigger issues here and I do not plan to return.
The waitress was very friendly but seemed confused on how to separate our tickets when ordering. We ordered wings and they were out of the 2 wing flavors we wanted. It was still a fun atmosphere and it was nice having a beer and watching sports with friends.
Good food. Good service. Love being able to see a game every where I look.
Wonderful location to get together with friends! The wings special bogo was great! Staff was super friendly and very courteous. I will be back again. Thank You Buffalo WildWings I'm a fan.
