In town in business from KY. This was the number one place I wanted to come to. Staff was excellent. Rocky Mountain Oysters we're cooked perfectly. My only complaint was the horseradish cream sauce want spicy enough. I had the buffalo prime rib. It was delicious. My husband had elk and bison and said both were great. Thank you for a wonderful meal and memory.

Our server Derek was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Charming restaurant, probably not ideal for a vegetarian. Steak on the pricey side, we shared the 1 1/2 pound Big Steak which takes 30 minutes to cook. Very tasty and juicy but I found it quite chewy, maybe because it was so large?! Overall a very interesting experience, great for meat lovers.
Appetizers were a little cold. The entrees were good. The desserts were outstanding. Would go back again just because of the desserts.
Visiting from Indiana and came based on food network show about it. Food was good but worth the prices. Would recommend for a special occasion or visit from out of town but wouldnât spend that much based on food quality on a regular basis. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Server was excellent
The service was awesome, but the food was very over priced and the meat was not seasoned well. I asked for medium rare on my Bison Prime Rib and it was well done. The dessert was super yummy. Apple crumble with ice cream.

Went to Buckhorn exchange while in town on business. The history of the restaurant is amazing though I'm not a fan of taxidermy used as decoration. Our server Talia was amazing. My husband and I had the Rocky Mountain oysters, bean soup, house salad, buffalo prime rib, elk, and bison. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. I wish I were able to come to this restaurant more often. I'll definitely be back when I'm able to travel to Denver again.
Lamb chops were great! Extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection.
