Great front of house employees. Very friendly, kind, and accommodating. Truly did everything they could to make sure we were happy! Unfortunately the AC is broken and hood is broken on a mid 90 degree day. Although the workers seemed positive and pleasant, and we were fine, these are definitely unsafe conditions for employees working hours upon hours. I am not looking to support a business that does not care for the well being of its employees. Very saddening.
The line was long when we tried Bruegger's today for a late breakfast--our first time ever at Bruegger's. Although all of the workers appeared a little frazzled because of the amount of people, they were all relatively pleasant... except one. The individual who specifically helped me (long hair, beard, backwards baseball cap) was extremely rude throughout our transaction. He was impatient, condescending, and just all-around rude. I told my wife I haven't been treated that poorly by a service worker in many years. I just about said something to him, but figured that would just make the situation worse, so unfortunately I let it go and he probably treated the next person the same.
Connor, the manager is the best. I no longer have to call in to order two dozen bagels aka the Noche Box for my clients. There is a Bruegger’s closer to my client but I would rather go to this one because of the excellent service. Thanks Connor especially and crew
Actually watched an employee pull out his phone and wander off instead of taking an order when there was a line building up. Could not be lazier employees here. I avoid coming here because I have to resist the urge to pull my hair out while I wait 30+ minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. The only reason this isn’t one star is because the food is decent.
This restaurant is frustrating. I have loved Bruggers for years but this location continues to disappoint. Multiple visits around 11 or noon and they are completely sold out of bagels. Today a visit at 8:30 and they can't even sell a dozen bagels total.. out of napkins, clearly appears that the franchise owner or manager is neglecting this otherwise super busy location.
Good breakfast bagel. Only reason it got 4 stars cause it was understaffed (not their fault, good food and popular) be prepared to wait and don’t be rude.
After waiting *months* for a response after my last horrible experience, I'm leaving a review. This place is disgusting, absolutely filled with flies. To say the staff is unprofessional is an understatement. The last time I was there, there were 3 or 4 guys working extremely slowly and joking about being stoned and how funny it was that we were all waiting. They COOKED the SMOKED SALMON. Worst of all, there's a guy who at that point called himself "Moon", he may call himself something else now, who made me incredibly uncomfortable and was creepy and inappropriate on multiple occasions. The last time I went there, my food was inedible, and both corporate and management have completely ignored me when I reached out. DO NOT eat here.
This place is absolutely filthy. The oven has been broken multiple times. Limited stock of bagels. I emailed management online and never got a answer. The only good employee is star. He gets five stars. Otherwise go to any other bagel store besides this one
Poorly managed location that never has enough staff. I've actually been told they ran out of bagels at 11 on a Sunday morning when popping in. Shame it's the only location that's close by as it's not really worth going to.
The bagels were very good, I really liked the western brisket bagel sandwich. My wife is not a fan of thier cinnamon sugar bagel, though. The staff was very attentive and helpful to my specific requests. They even comped the coffee, because they ran out of hash browns.I had to wait in line a bit, I expect this is normal on Sunday morning, due the quality of the bagels.
