I could literally eat Brothers every other day - I think I could easily do that…. Chris and Nick O’ Sullivan opened Brothers BBQ in 1998 and now have many locations around Colorado for your catering - dinner or get togethers. Highly recommend stopping by any of their locations.
Today 5.12.22 I came over to get some lunch for my office from brothers BBQ and the food truck next door which offers vegetarian options.I parked at the brothers BBQ parking lot which was empty! A d walked the 20 yards to place the vegetarian order first planning to place the BBQ order next.As I was walking the owner of the BBQ place was running out to let me know I can not park there.. I explained that I am about to get an order from them and she said if you buy next door you can not park here "we can not support there business"I explained again that i am planning to order from both places and she said you can order here and move your truck after if you want to order next door."Lovely Neighbors"Needless to say that I did not get any food from brothers BBQ probably $200 + order. For a business that is worried about not supporting the neighborhood businesses I think that is what they deserve!!I will not go back!!
Pre-orders and third-party orders are kept behind the counter...so we stand around like idiots waiting while a family of four orders and pays one by one.. Finally get our orders and they were sitting there ready the whole time. You need to find a better process.
My job bought everybody lunch from this restaurant, food was decent, but the bbq beans was vinegary. The coleslaw was too tart, no boldness taste of either. The meat was great.
It was great. The service was awesome and customer reviews were outstanding. The potatoes salad is my favorite side and the sauces are all unique and tasty
This original Bros. BBQ location at Monaco & Leetsdale is still as good as it used to be. From start to finish, it was a great experience - the perfectly-fitting decor inside was warm and welcoming, almost "putting you in the mood", if you know what I mean. In the mood for BBQ that is! Get your mind out of the gutter! Really though, it was tip-top clean, smelled of freshly grilled specialty meats, and the boys who were working were so friendly & helpful. I suppose we could fairly call this Bros. location "vintage", being that they first opened in 1998, and it still looked just as it did back then. I was in my freshman year of college when they first opened and I remember how hip the place was - this of course being because the owners were a youthful 21 & 23-years-old that year. Now in my 40s, and a lot less "hip" myself, I couldn't help but think that it would probably still be considered a "cool" place to eat by the younger population. But don't mistake all that for being the restaurant's primary focus - it was back then, and still is now, all about the BBQ - fresh, filling & delicious. Way to go guys - you've done what only a few restaurant owners in Denver could do: throughout the explosion of our beloved D-Town over the last 20+ years, going from the little city it was to the mass metropolis it is today - you've maintained excellent customer service, a great, clean & welcoming atmosphere, and most importantly, really good food.
Small hole in the wall which in my book has the best food. Great food and good customer service as well as very nice will be back for sure

If I didn't have to wait an extra 15 minutes for my food, I would have given 5 stars. The price you pay if you go during the dinner rush I guess. I remember when these guys opened in the 90s and I'm glad to see they're still going strong. The Carolina sauce is fantastic and the ball of fries is just that, a giant ball of delicious fries. Favorite BBQ in Denver. ?
Best bbq ever. Always friendly staff and the greatest burnt ends. My son is hard to please but he gives it a 10 out of 10
