I've been coming here for about 15 years or so, whenever I am in that part of town, and I've NEVER had bad food or bad service! I spoke with one of the owners on my last visit to tell him this and he confirmed what I'd suspected...although it is a father-son owned business, it is not a "family run" business. The family feel comes from the fact that everyone working there feels like family. The cooks have all been there over 10 years, 1 of the the servers has worked there 20 years, another 13, and another over 10. Even the busses and dishwasher have been with the crew over 5 years!Bravo to the owners of this restaurant for creating an atmosphere that is enticing and enjoyable for both employees and customers alike!
Great service. Yummy food. Reasonable prices. Dive place with no decor, but who needs fancy stuff hanging on the walls. Definitely going there again even though it's farther than I usually travel.
Love this place! Has a small town diner feel to it and the staff is so warm and welcoming.
Ignore those prices in the window, that doesn’t exist anywhere in Denver ? but this is definitely one of the better cheap breakfasts around. We seated ourselves, we got coffee and our order in fast. I ordered the Benedict, it was great and the hash browns it came with were cooked just right. The service is quaint. It’s nice that a humble place like this exists in ritzy Platt Park. If you want a good breakfast fast and at a great price, stop here.
I come here about once a week for food since I work next door. Get the almond french toast w/strawberry compote. It's delightful.

Do not pay attention to the prices in the picture. All ten dollar for breakfast. Service was good and interior filthy especially the vent above my seat. It was a science experiment with hair growing out of it. Needs paint and repairs with detox cleaning. I will never darken the doorway of this unclean environment again!
Has always been my favorite breakfast spot although we haven't been here in about a year their wait staff has always been over amazingThey have a waitress that weve never seen, she was decent but never came back once to ask if we were okay or needed anything we had to wait till she was bringing things that we had asked for before she asked if I needed more coffee
