This is my go-to, favorite sushi place! It's my only sushi place actually - I stopped going to other places once I came here. I have eaten here twice in one day before. I even had my birthday dinner here. Everyone is so friendly, especially the chefs. The presentation and taste is incredible. To-go orders are always accurate. Parking is also available in front parallel spots or behind the building.
Incredible sushi, definitely my favorite sushi place in Denver! We got the TNT, Spicy Girl, Lemon Tree, and Volcano rolls, and all of them were delicious and exploding with flavor. TNT and Spicy Girl were my favorites. Service is a bit slow but it’s clearly because they put so much care and thought into each of their rolls. Would definitely recommend this place!! I’m ditching all of my other sushi places and only coming here from now on.
I've been coming here for over 15 years, it continues to be one of my favorite places. Fantastic flavors with a neighborhood feel. I've had at least 100 Lemon Tree rolls in my lifetime, I hope to have 1000. I can't recommend this place enough, I love it. You can't go wrong with anything you order.
I love coming to Blue Fin! They always go above and beyond, and our meals are always delicious. Their sushi is FANTASTIC, and I really appreciate their dedication to service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We went with our son, daughter in law and grandson. We ordered some wonderful tasting sushi and they brought it out on a wooden boat decorated and we all loved the presentation. We all had miso - very good. We ordered a variety of sushi rolls, along with agedashi tofu. The sushi was good, tasty and fresh. The service was great and attentive.
I have been going to this restaurant for YEARS and have not had a single bad experience. The food is always super fresh, tasty, and put together so beautifully. The staff is so kind and enthusiastic, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone. Best sushi restaurant I've ever been to, hands down! If you are able to, I absolutely recommend trying their miso soup (it is fantastic!) and some of their delicious plum wine, but you can't go wrong ordering anything from the menu here

BlueFin has the best sushi that we have tried in the Denver area!!! We had the Dragon, Pink Lady and Lemon Tree rolls along with the scallop nigiri. We will definitely be back to get these rolls again and try new ones!
BlueFin Sushi is AMAZING! I have had their food three times now. Twice with a girlfriend for lunch. Both times, the staff was friendly and provided great service. The third time was tonight when I did take out with my husband, who is not a big sushi guy. Both times my friend and I had lunch at BlueFin the sushi was fresh, well prepared and delicious! Tonight, my husband and I did a to go order. Our food was ready in twenty minutes, packaged thoughtfully and again, DELICIOUS! We ordered the TNT roll, Summer Breeze Roll and Lemon Tree roll. We also had various apps. My husband loved the TNT roll, Goyza and even the Summer Breeze and Lemon Tree rolls. It is truly a delight to have great sushi in the Park Hill neighborhood!
Placed a $120 order and was extremely disappointed. Requested no cucumbers, Wasabi, or ginger and got massive portions of all. The taste was lackluster, especially for the price. Requested extra terraki sauce- got 1 that was about a quarter of the container full and extremely thick.Absolutely horrible and do not recommend.
