For a picky person who is spoiled when it comes to fine dining this place has delicious food and nice presentation
I’ve had sushi all around the country and this place definitely has a spot on the top of my list!Reservations are needed unless you’re sitting at the bar or sushi bar.The chard Edamame was different but good.
The cuts of fish and rolls were good quality and flavorful, but they were very thin and did not warrant the price point. $5.50 for a miso soup would be fine if it was a larger bowl or full of tasty ingredients, but it was a small cup of mostly broth. My last few visits over the past several years were stellar - good cuts of fish, delicious, and sensibly priced for what I received. This current trip was a disappointing departure from my previous experiences here - more of a drop in quality and value than what I would have expected due to inflation.
Sushi is excellent, and somehow still has all-day Happy Hour on Sunday. Highly recommend the Cherry Bomb! Great service from Nicole. Thanks!

We lingered over a long dinner. Our server accommodated our request for slower service and was great. We had drinks, appetizers, all the vegan maki, and dessert. Everything was outstanding, but special shout out to the crispy brussels sprouts and cowgirl vegan maki.

First off, let me start by saying all of the staff and servers were phenomenal. They all smiled, and gave speedy service.The food was AMAZING!The presentation was beautiful and precise, the taste was grade-A in my opinion, and there are a great variety of options. Get the mango crab Rangoon! Great for sharing.....or you can inhale it all by yourself like I did ??
Had my hair stylist recommend Blue Sushi to me and, it was phenomenal! Ashton, our server, was super great. Not only were they understaffed (only 2 people!) but, they served us fantastic sushi- quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. 5/5 stars
My wife is vegetarian & gluten free. The selection of gluten-free & vegetarian options is the best we've ever seen. Fantastic cocktails that match the meal perfectly. Don't sleep on the happy hour as well.
