Great find!The pizza was amazing and the beer tasted fresh!The owner was nice. He was sitting at the bar having a beer to finish his day during my visit. He shared how this place was his and his wife's retirement dream.Will be back to visit when in Denver!
Had another great experience at BSB- fun atmosphere. Played Shut the box. Enjoyed an amazing pink Cadillac ? and then the Al Green pizza. Best ‘za?the music was so great we just had to dance♥️
First time there and definitely won't be the last time. We were looking for a great pizza spot and happened to find exactly what we were looking for. Great selection of craft beers and the pizza was extraordinary. They use some of the grains from there beer crafting process and then use them in the pizza dough mix. The Califlower was also very good. All in all a great night! They will be celebrating 10 years in business this September.
One of my new favorite breweries. Fantastic vibe and selection of music.Also, their selection of comfort food is top-notch! Great to have a place that serves good beer, kombucha, pizza, wings, and garlic knots.Will definitely come back again!
So happy we found this place! I wish I could remember the bartender/server’s name, but she was very welcoming and embodied the ‘vibe’ of the restaurant. The pizza was unreal. I mean seriously, the idea of ‘perfect pizza’ in your head, it would be a picture of the pizza they’re serving. Perfectly thin and perfectly crispy and chewy with incredible flavor. Definitely will be back ??

Great atmosphere, fast friendly service, and very good beers! The garlic knots were pretty spectacular, too!
The beer and pizza was good which is what's important, but the bread for garlic knots was not the best. They weren't bad, but they could be better. The wings though... if you're a wing fan and or from the south, skip these entirely. They were entirely unseasoned, and not charred at all. Overall the place was nice and they got the basics right.
I’ve been coming to black shirt for the last 5 years or so and it’s one of my top breweries in Denver! The beer is always amazing and the pizza is incredible! Last night I went in for my Birthday and got to meet the new owner. He was so nice and made us feel so welcome. If you haven’t been here it’s a MUST go!
