Overall good experience, a bit pricey and small portions but awesome location and wine was quite good
Love Love Love........ Our Waitress was outstanding!!!!!
Little disappointed. Appetizers were great. My pork was undercooked and my wife's vegetarian meal was okay. They did apologize and offered to heat it up but you know how that goes. They also offered complimentary dessert but we are not dessert eaters. Fortunately we ordered a great bottle of wine. In town for a couple of days so we can't give them another chance. The service was excellent.
Off the beaten path, one might miss this gem. Lovely ambiance. Wonderful cuisine. Excellent staff, solicitous, helpful -- their recommendations were outstanding. The perfect pairings of dishes with wine. I can't wait until my next visit to Denver so I can enjoy the food and service of this fine establishment.
What a French gem tucked away on Larimer St!! Greeted and served by the most friendliest and attentive waiter, Matt. French onion soup and steak frites were excellent (get the champagne gastric seasoned frites). Compliments to the pastry chef - the chocolate soufflé was one of the best we’ve had. Not a surprise that this bistro has been around for 20 years already. Can’t wait to get back to Denver to dine here again!
Bonne restaurant. Quaint spot off Larimer with friendly staff and excellent food. Enjoyed brunch offerings of crepes, drinks and duck confit. The cheese options are unique as was the fig spread. Will definitely return.
Great place to enjoy some good French cuisine. Steak and frits is exellent but mu favorite is the Mussels. I have to have the mussels every time. Good service and friendly staff. A fan of the place
It's a nice place to have dinner with all kind of events. family, friends or dating etc. Place looks classic. Service is great. Food all delicious. There are many drinks selection from wine, special cocktails etc. it's located in Larimer street. the food menu is not too big but when u see it, u will like to try them all. we love Mussels, beef tartare, french onion soup, pork belly, beef and duck confit. (almost everything) recommended to try.
We loved our visit to Bistro Vendome. The food is prepared in a traditional manner with some innovative touches. No one in our party of six was disappointed with any of their choices, which included items from all of the food groupings on the menu. The prices were moderate, considering the recent rise in all food pricing. The wine list was extensive, with many wines also available by the glass. Service was professional and attentive, with the waiter prepared to answer all of our questions about the menu. We will return.
Wonderful experience at this restaurant last night. Highly recommend the half chicken dish. The space is really cozy and romantic. All that being said, the experience was over the top good because of the WONDERFUL waiter we had. One of the best waiters I’ve ever had. So attentive and kind, he was enjoying the experiencing the dinner with us. Hope to come back soon.
