Hands-down one of the best restaurants in Colorado! Everything is always perfectly executed, and I mean perfectly! The chef is one of the most humble men I have ever spoken to in his own kitchen and runs what should be a Michelin star restaurants basically completely by himself! Top shelf kudos!
This is a destination for true food lovers. The 4 course tasting menu offers simple but creative and elegant fare. This is a one man operation and the owner/chef carries it off masterfully. The quality of food, service and care are very unique in the restaurant world today. This is a special place for a quiet date night.
This is by far the best restaurant in Denver. The english pea gnocci is unbelievable. The citrus sauce is so good that it is hard not to lick your plate to get every bit of it. The dessert is as perfect as it gets. Under a coffee cup made of chocolate is a taste and texture you cannot help but savor.
Superb in every way. Decor needs help but the garage-like exterior and very basic interior serve to keep "hidden gem" status of the food and service.
