Great food but horrible service and filthy.They weren't busy but every table and bar was covered in food filth. I guess because they do online and kiosk ordering, the entire staff ignores you when you come in. So I had to clean off/wipe an area for us to sit. It was really dirty and took me several minutes and several napkins, and the employees glanced at me and didn't bother to help or apologize or even acknowledge how filthy it was. Maybe they are understaffed because employees didn't seem to be moving real slow. I don't know.There should be a very embarrassed manager or owner of this location.Food is great. Get it to go. Location is horrific
So, this Birdcall is consistent for the wrong reason. In the past say, 10 times that I’ve been here, my modified original chicken sandwich order is completely wrong 80% of the time. I always ALWAYS find coleslaw when I specifically ordered blue cheese crumbles instead.Is it really so hard to make a sandwich correctly??? Why can’t you get my order right?? It’s always a different food preparer too, making this even worse.Folks, the biggest take away from ordering here is to grab your bag from the numbered slots and open it immediately to check for order accuracy.I’ll just go to the new chicken place across the street for now on. I’m sure they’ll get my order right. ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️
Great food, atmosphere, and staff! I eat here frequently, and is one of my favorite spots in LODO for a fast delicious meal Jessie, Joe, and Patrick always treat me well. Lupe, Diana, and Clara know how to cook wonderful chicken!
this place was great. quick and the food tasted great. it is extremely helpful they have a chart that tells you what not to order to avoid your allergies. if only every restaurant had this option!

Experience was horrible. The employees took an unusual amount of time to prepare the meal, and it didn’t even look fresh for the time it took to be made either. The tall guy who seemed to be the manager, bagged the order and didn’t put the correct sauces, and didn’t greet or even say a word other than “soon”.
Excellent food, great staff, timely service. Highly recommend if you’re in search for chicken anywhere in Denver. I consider it better than Chick-fil-A
Visiting from Kentucky and stopped into Birdcall for a quick breakfast. Sat at the bar and met the manager Joe; he gave us some awesome local recommendations. Super friendly environment & delicious food!
