The food was amazing, the atmosphere was intimate, and the owners and employees are obviously passionate about what they do. All food is cooked to order with fresh local ingredients. We were visiting from out of town and just happened to find Bettola. Definitely make a reservation. The place was full when we arrived (at 7 pm on a Wednesday), but we were lucky enough that there was a cancelation and they could get us in. After sampling the food we realized why this place is so popular with the locals. If you live in the area or are visiting be sure you give Bettola Bistro a try.
Deep in the strip mall jungle that is Aurora, this… This is the hidden treasure at its heart. It’s a small place, (you probably need reservations) and you may be outside looking at your phone looking to see if you got the right restaurant. Yes. Yes you did. This is the high class experience you would expect and a really nice restaurant in Paris. Each dish was expertly crafted. The scallops were as good as I've ever had. The wine pairing was excellent and didn't overpower the dish. The cocktails had complexity and freshness. And the cake had a lemon-cello icing that made us actually giggle. All the while, the service was quite good and we never lacked for anything (except maybe a little more bread to mop up some of that fantastic sauce).

We just happened to find this place randomly on google maps and so glad we did! Very intimate and small space. Server was very attentive. Although it took awhile to get our food, the server let us know that wait times were longer before we ordered. The food was amazing and it was a great experience to take our time with the meal. Will definitely be back!
Intimate restaurant that serves delicious food. The servers Josh & Schafer are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The service is phenomenal! Bettola catered a party for me and did a spectacular job!
Italian cream sodas
The pizza, pasta, and drinks exceeded our expectations so much. We were initially just trying Cody's Diner and found out this place still caters to both menus. The quality of food definitely matches the price and we still had leftovers. Absolutely coming back with reservations next time.
Really delicious food, and presented well. Server was on point, cappuccino was pleasantly bitter. I hope to make this a regular spot to visit, when I'm in the area.This was the Salmon Pesto, Cappuccino, and complimentary fresh-made bread.As an aside, it made an especially good impression when they asked whether I prefer ice with my water.
WOW! That's all I can say. From the time we made the reservation to the moment we left, the service here was incredible - maybe the best we've ever had! Everyone was extremely friendly, made you feel at home, and were so willing to give recommendations (which were delicious). The ambiance is also very cozy! When you go, we highly recommend the brussels sprouts!!
Amazing food. Warm olives, stuffed meatballs, rose cream soda and Swiss cherry cream soda! And then the Shrimp Scampi and Chef halibut special. Sooo gooood! 5 star service!
