Went to the Ben and Jerry’s at the airport at Denver, CO and honestly had the best experience I have ever had at an ice cream place. The young man who took care of me was Valentin and he was not only polite, but super respectful and prepared my son a bomb strawberry cone that didn’t last long. If I could rate him higher than a 5, I would! Thanks Valentin for making my experience that much sweeter!
You should probably change your hours because your girls working would not serve me past 830pm and it clearly states your open until 9pm. I'm sure the owner has no idea they are closing ship early. Just an inconvenience when your hours posted on google say otherwise.
Service is extremely slow and inefficient - a bunch of customers in the queue left therefore also and we were almost doing the same. Ice cream was good though.
So grateful for the kind employee who helped me shortly before they closed tonight. He made my layover so much better, now that I have my ice cream fix! ?

Was “out” of every flavor ice cream that had a chocolate chip cookie nib in it.Would not even try and scoop out what was left in the container. Just said no… for a small mind you. We were not even talking 2 scoops of ice cream here.Just because this place is in an airport doesn’t give an excuse for dismissive service.
