Peach oolong with boba was good. Tea is sweetened with a peach syrup, not fresh fruit so it's easy to over sweeten. Boba pearls themselves are satisfactorily small and don't seem to be kept in an overly sweetened syrup.Drink sizes/price between sizes is acceptable for fresh and milk teas.Small: 16oz, $5.50Medium: 24oz, $5.99Large: 32oz, $6.50Smoothies and slushes:Small: 16oz, $5.99Medium: 24oz, $6.50Large: 32oz, $6.99Bao is $5 and not worth it. It's large but reheated from frozen with only somewhat decent filling and half a boiled egg that does not taste good at all.Shop itself is quaint and cozy. Small and quaint. Easy to see and access menu choices but not always clear what the items are so a description to help folks new to these options could be useful. We got random drinks that were all good and prices were fair.
Amazing small business boba shop with great portion sizes. The boba is always perfectly chewy without being too hard or soft. The Vietnamese Coffee with boba is my favorite and they do it so well. Pricing is very competitive for the sizes you get compared to boba chains so I always feel satisfied stopping by for a drink.

Chewy boba. The tea I ordered had a very artificial taste to it as well. Tried two different beverages and didn’t like either.
Not sure what was in the boba, but it was still way too sweet with 50% sweetness. Me and my partner both got a headache and nausea after the boba that we didn’t even finish. Not sure what kinda of sugar they are using. Would not recommend.
I have to say, I don't know much about Boba or Boba shops, but this Boba is amazing! The staff is super nice and service is well maintained and the seating area is very clean and they even have some board games if you want to play a game with your friends. 5/5 deferentially.
