Ice cream is always good but the help is pretty much just a warm body standing there
I really like the flavor and quality of the ice cream and the employees are fast and friendly.
Absolutely terrible service. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review until now. Came in tonight 930pm for 2 shakes. The workers helped many people while I had one shake and one of the workers just couldn’t manage making the other shake in an appropriate amount of time. Took 20 minutes just for us to finally end up leaving with my one shake without paying. The worker was distracted with an air pod in, could barley hear us, forgetful of our order while the other two employees were ringing up people left and right. Milk 4 scoops and ice. Not hard.
I rarely give reviews, but it's sad to see that there is no leadership in this business. There is only one employee and it looked like it was her first week on the job. I almosted wanted to go behind the counter and help her because there was so many people waiting upset and frustrated while doordashers were constanly cutting in line. Where are the owners of this establishment? Sad.. we'll just head over to dairy queen. It's the peak of summer and you would think the owners would step in and help regardless if the labor force is a challenge.
A large chocolate milkshake made with chocolate ice cream runs $7.69. The good thing? It was huge and it was tasty.
They always close WAY earlier than the closing time, which is 10 PM. This happens OFTEN. They turned away an entire group of people at 8:40 PM merely because they were “out of bananas and brownies.” Some of us were just there for Ice Cream.
I've received excellent service the last couple of times I've been there. I've been helped by different employees and they are always friendly and polite.
Baskin Robbins is known for their selection of 31 different ice cream flavors. It's actually part of their logo. But coming here the employee informed me that the selection at this location was limited to only around 10 which is understandable considering the enormous heatwave we had this summer due to global warming and climate change, But I found a suitable flavor to my liking. The service was friendly and courteous and the store was clean except for the exterior table.
Sunny was absolutely amazing with helping us order. She matches our energy and this ice cream cake came out way past my expectations. I look forward to do more cakes in the future with here thank you again sunny for the best cake I have seen in years you are truly wonderful!!!!!
Only one staff !! This girl was handling 7-8 people at the same time. Such a horrible management. The owner should be ashamed for not making this one employee do all the work. And there was no hiring sign on sight .
