The food was amazing. The waiter did a great job at explaining the menu with it being our first time up in the tea room. Service was a little slow but they were very busy and the food definitely worth the wait. The music is way too long for tea room. It was impossible to hear across the table. I can see it being loud for the downstairs brew house but for the tea room it was a little much.
Quality food at an amazing speed. Would be going again
Great service, fun dining experience, great place for a large group.
This establishment is highly misleading. There is already a westernized version/approach with the sesame chicken that everyone is familiar with. However, their menu items are just stretching it too far to the point where they are making about 400% profits with their markups. Nothing their is homemade and for the prices they charge, it is outrageous for the quality we receive, which is frozen from the grocery store… the interior decorations are cool, the service is very spotty and hard to get help since all ordering is done via QR code. Multiple people at the same table ordered similar things at different times and they gave the drinks to the wrong person multiple times. The picture of the dumplings costs $2 MAX for the establishment to make and they are charging upwards of $13+ for this…
Most amazing hidden gem!!
Food is amazing and the ambiance is unique, cozy and cool (upstairs). It can get loud and if the DJ is there you canât talk to the person next to you. Without DJ it a a perfect spot for a fun or cozy dinner.
We had a reservation but ended up eating in the bar area because it was so cool. Great spot. To grab a beer before a game at Ball arena. Love the. Cell phone tabs/close out. Makes leaving quickly a breeze. Loved the Rangoons and Philly cheese steak dumplings best but all were awesome.
I prefer the downstairs area here but sat upstairs for the first time and it was delightful too. They were out of a couple items I still haven't tried but we will be back.
Our server was absolutely outstanding. Even though ordering is self-service, she gave us personalized service even offering a hard copy menu to make ordering easier. She offered us rice as an alternative to the shrimp crisps. BTW those shrimp crisps are awful. The interior atmosphere absolutely transported us to Asia. Wonderful lunch experience. Weâll be back to try the tea room for dinner!
Nice host/servers, fun but extremely loud environment, but pricey and food was very greasy - all 5 of us were extremely sick after.
